Urgent: Bundle ID Case-Sensitivity Mismatch for Approved Family Controls Entitlement
Hello, I have a critical issue regarding the "Family Controls (Distribution)" entitlement. My app "FocusPact" was approved for the entitlement, but there is a technical mismatch in the Bundle IDs that prevents distribution via TestFlight. [Current Situation] Parent App ID: com.hayashikento.FocusPact (Approved / Capitalized) Approved Extension ID: com.hayashikento.focuspact.ShieldConfigurationExtension (Approved / Lowercase) [The Issue] Due to the case-sensitivity difference (FocusPact vs focuspact), Xcode throws a "Bundle identifier prefix mismatch" error. Since the parent app identifier is already established as capitalized, I cannot change it to lowercase without breaking the existing configuration. [Request] I have submitted a new entitlement request with the corrected capitalized Bundle ID: Corrected Extension ID: com.hayashikento.FocusPact.ShieldConfigurationExtension Could a DTS engineer please help me synchronize the approved status to this capitalized ID? This is purely a technical correction of an already authorized functionality. Team ID: UHG4J7F7NH App Apple ID: 67591326449 Thank you for your assistance. I am a student developer eager to start MVP testing as soon as this is resolved.

Inability of Apple to remedy review bombing
Hi all, Has anyone else experience review bombs and how effective was Apple at remedying it? In my case there is zero guidance and zero substantive insight by Developer support how I can effectively remedy a dishonest/bad-faith review attack on my application by a competitor. What are the criteria or guidelines for assessing an ‘attack’ under Apple Media Services Terms of Service section M? And the same for ‘bad-faith‘ and ‘dishonest‘ reviews? In my case I had an encounter on Reddit with somebody threatening to review bomb me, explaining to me how they knew how to bypass the Apple review system, and critiquing my app with specific comments. On that same day I received a 1 star review including exactly the same ‘critiques‘ that the Redditor gave me, written in German instead of English. Who here wants to guess the nationality of the Redditor? Before I received the review I had already notified Apple of the fact that I had this interaction and I was expecting a review bomb. I explained the explicit intention and the bad faith. I have set out all the evidence in emails to Apple, including links to the Reddit thread, that the reviewer and redditor use literally the same tends to describe my app, the timing, the circumstances, and so on. Apple provides me nothing in terms of concrete assessment except for telling me two different things in order for reviews to qualify to be removed: Reviews must be spam, attacks or hate speech Reviews must be offensive or factually inaccurate I had argued with concrete evidence that it was na attack. The review is also factually inaccurate. But this review procedure keeps moving the goalposts. Is there anyone at Apple who moderates / manages the assessment of these reviews when they’re reported to Apple? I’d be happy to have a call about this. After all, in a case like this where somebody explicitly threatens somebody with a review bomb, and is then review bombed with overlapping terms, language etc, then it makes you wonder if the assessment is effective at all.

App stuck in review for over a month
Hello, My app has been stuck in review for over a month. I can see other people in this forum are having the same issue. What can we do to speed this up? What's particularly frustrating is that even people in the support team are not able to get an update from the review team. Can someone please give us some information? App id: 6758049144

Delete the published App Clip link
My app has been released, and there is an "App Clip" link available in the advanced experience. Could someone please tell me if there is a way for me to modify or delete this link? (I'm not looking to deactivate the link; I just want to remove it so that other apps can use it.) If I remove the already published APP, can I also delete this link?

SpringBoard Watchdog Timeout (180s) when using "Add to Home Screen" - iOS 2026
Reporting a consistent system-wide freeze followed by a Kernel Panic when attempting to use the "Add to Home Screen" feature in Safari. This issue has persisted across multiple recent iOS updates and leads to a device bootloop. Technical Details: The UI becomes entirely unresponsive for exactly 180 seconds. Analytics logs indicate a userspace watchdog timeout caused by SpringBoard failing to check in. Panic String: panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffffff0422ccb9): userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from SpringBoard (0 induced crashes) in 180 seconds Steps to Reproduce: Open Safari and navigate to any URL. Tap the Share icon. Select Add to Home Screen. The device UI freezes immediately. After 3 minutes, the system triggers a reboot. Environment: • Device: 16PM panic-base-2026-03-12-222721.ips.txt • OS Version: 26.4 RC and Beta 3 v1 • Feedback ID: FB22286846 (Full sysdiagnose and panic logs are attached to the original Feedback Assistant report). Questions: Is this a known regression involving the web clip background daemon, or does the 180s timeout suggest a specific database corruption within the Home Screen layout?

Clarification on Payment Feature for Minor Users in E-commerce Apps due to DeclaredAgeRange (Screen Time / Family Controls API)
I am working on an e-commerce app (retail/marketplace) that allows users to place orders for both free and paid products. After receiving a DeclaredAgeRange API response — retrieved via the Family Controls / Screen Time framework — indicating that a user is a minor, I want to understand the recommended approach for handling payment flows. Specifically, is it necessary to block payments for users identified as minors via DeclaredAgeRange, even though our app uses server-side encrypted card processing rather than Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit)? Any guidance on best practices or App Store policy requirements for this scenario would be greatly appreciated.

Issues creating my Apple Account for the Developer Program because of email
I just started at a new company and I've been invited to access their Apple Developer Program. When I click the invite in the link I'm directed to a "Create Your Apple Account" page where I'm prompted to provide my email address. When I put my work email I receive an error saying that my Apple Account cannot end in the domain and to choose a different email address. When I try to use my personal Gmail, it says my email address is not available and to choose a different address. Even my iCloud email isn't allowed. I'm not sure what else to do to gain access.

StoreKit / react-native-iap – Payment deducted but no transaction returned (India UPI users)
Hello, We are facing an issue with In-App Purchases (subscriptions) in two iOS apps built with React Native + react-native-iap. Issue Some users receive the error: E_CONNECTION_CLOSED during the purchase flow. However: The payment is successfully deducted via the App Store. The subscription appears in the user's Apple ID subscription list. But on our side: The app does not receive the StoreKit transaction callback No receipt or transaction ID is delivered Our backend cannot validate the purchase. Restore Purchases When affected users try Restore Purchases, StoreKit returns: No purchases found even though the subscription is visible in their Apple ID. Most affected users are from India, and many payments are made via UPI through App Store billing. Has anyone experienced a case where: *the user is charged *the subscription exists in Apple ID *but StoreKit never returns the transaction or receipt? Any suggestions on how to recover these transactions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

GPTK 3 and D3DMetal issue with Modern Pipeline Creation
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (v1.0.48.0, Steam) crashes during rendering initialization when running through CrossOver 26 with D3DMetal 3.0 on an Apple M2 Max Mac Studio running macOS Sequoia. The game successfully initializes Streamline, NVAPI, DLSS (Result::eOk), DLSSG (Result::eOk), Reflex, and XeSS — all subsystems report success. The crash occurs immediately after, during rendering pipeline creation, before the game reaches NXStorage initialization or window creation. Minidump analysis confirms the crash is an access violation (0xc0000005) at DS2.exe+0x67233d, writing to address 0x0. RAX=0x0 (null pointer being dereferenced), R12=0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF (error/invalid handle return). The game appears to call a D3D12 API — likely CheckFeatureSupport or a pipeline state creation function — that D3DMetal acknowledges as supported but returns null or invalid data for. The game trusts the response and dereferences the null pointer. Two other Nixxes titles using the same engine and D3DMetal setup run without issue: Spider-Man 2 (~50 FPS) and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered (~34 FPS). DS2 uses newer technology versions (DLSS 4, FSR 4, XeSS 2) and a newer DirectX 12 Agility SDK, which likely queries D3D12 features that D3DMetal does not yet fully implement. The crash also reproduces when D3DMetal reports as AMD vendor (1002) instead of NVIDIA (10de), crashing at the same executable offset, confirming it is a D3D12 feature reporting gap in D3DMetal rather than a vendor-specific issue. App stuck in “Waiting for Review” for several weeks — anyone seeing similar delays recently?
Hello everyone, I wanted to check whether other developers are currently experiencing unusually long “Waiting for Review” times. Our app Aslan Wealth (App ID: 6755077470) has been stuck in Waiting for Review for quite a while and has never entered the “In Review” stage. Timeline Feb 18, 2026 – Version submitted for review Feb 23 – Contacted Apple Developer Support regarding review status Feb 24 – Received reply that the case was escalated to the review team Mar 3 – Still in Waiting for Review (confirmed by support that the app is still in the queue) Mar 7–11 – Followed up with Developer Support again Mar 12 – Still Waiting for Review So the app has now been waiting for review for more than 3 weeks without ever entering active review. Additional information All agreements are active No messages in Resolution Center Build was not modified after submission App status remains Waiting for Review Questions Has anyone else recently experienced similar multi-week delays in the “Waiting for Review” stage? If so: Did your app eventually move to In Review without changes? Did Apple provide any explanation for the delay? Is there anything developers can do to help move the process forward? Any recent data points or experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

TestFlight is unavailable. Try again.
I am a beta tester. I successfully tested an app this week. However, a different app, by a different developer is generating the “TestFlight is unavailable. Try again” error. I have force closed, and then deleted the TF app, and restarted A16 iPad running 26.3.1 iPadOS, then redownloaded to no effect. I have worked with an Apple Senior Support advisor, and found no network, Apple ID problems on my end after troubleshooting for nearly 2 hours. The developer tried emailing me the link - didn’t work. Now, update builds by developer are now showing the same error on other beta testers iPads, - however, one tester can download the app for beta testing on an iPad Pro M4. The app will download to my phone as well as others´ phones, running current update, but not my iPad. I changed my Apple ID password, reset my network, and nothing works.

iOS 17+: Spotlight only shows app-indexed keywords after 4+ characters — intended behavior or bug?
We’re seeing a change in Spotlight search behavior on iOS 17 and later: Observation: User‑visible keywords we index (e.g. via Core Spotlight / CSSearchableItemAttributeSet with keywords) only start appearing in Spotlight suggestions after the user has typed more than 3 characters. With 1–3 characters, our app’s content often doesn’t show up at all, even when it clearly matches. Before iOS 17: The same indexed content could appear with fewer characters (e.g. 1–3 characters). Environment: Reproduced on multiple devices running iOS 17.x / 18.x; behavior is consistent. We’d like to confirm: Is this a documented change in iOS 17 (e.g. minimum character threshold for third‑party Spotlight results)? If yes, where is it documented? If it’s not intentional, could this be treated as a bug and considered for a fix in a future release? We’re happy to provide a sample project or more detail if that would help. Thank you.

Apple Business Account Verification Stuck, No Response After Multiple Submissions
Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to set up a business account on the Apple Developer Console, and I’ve run into a really frustrating issue. Last month, I was asked to submit additional documents for verification. I submitted everything as requested and received a confirmation email: “Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days.” However, weeks passed with no update. About 1–2 weeks ago, I reached out to support again. I was asked to re-submit the same documents, which I did. Once again, I received the same confirmation email stating a response would come within two business days. It’s now been 7 days since that second submission, and still no response. At this point, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if this is just a delay on Apple’s side. What’s more confusing is that we’ve successfully created developer accounts on other platforms (like Google Play) using the same business information and DUNS number, with verification completed in under 24 hours. Has anyone experienced something similar with Apple Developer business verification? Is there something specific Apple looks for that I might be missing, or is this just a backlog/delay issue? Would really appreciate any insights or advice. Thanks 🙏

I'm having trouble activating my Developer Account program.
I signed up for the Developer Account Program, but I keep getting a message that my registration is under review. Obviously, I haven't paid yet because I couldn't find a link to pay the $99 when I signed up. I've sent two emails for support, but I haven't received a response. Has anyone else had the same problem? Thanks.

Thanks 🙏
