Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. No Response to App Review Appeal After 2 Months – Requesting Urgent Assistance
Hello, I'm hoping someone from Apple or the community can help me get some clarity on my situation. Two months ago, my app was rejected by App Review, and I immediately filed a formal appeal. Since then, I have received absolutely no response — not an acknowledgment, not a status update, nothing. In the meantime, I have also reached out to Apple Developer Support via email on multiple occasions. Again, no response of any kind. I understand that review and appeal timelines can vary, but two months of complete silence — across both the appeal process and direct support emails — makes it very difficult to know whether my case is even being reviewed or if something has fallen through the cracks. If anyone from the App Review team or Apple Developer Relations sees this, I would appreciate any guidance you can offer. And if any developers have been in a similar situation, I'd like to know what worked. Thank you.

Enrollment Deadlock: "Not authorized" for ID upload & "Enroll" button disabled in App
Hi everyone, I am completely stuck in an Apple Developer enrollment loop and could really use some advice, or hopefully an escalation if an Apple engineer sees this. Here is the exact sequence of what is happening: I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program via the web portal. I completed the purchase step and received a purchase acknowledgment, but the funds were never deducted from my bank account. The developer portal still tells me I need to "complete the purchase." If I try again, it just repeats the same loop. I contacted Support, and they emailed me a link to upload my government ID for verification. When I click that link (ensuring I am fully logged into the correct Apple ID), I hit a dead end with this error: "Sorry, you don't have access. Your account isn't authorized to upload file." I searched the forums and saw the recommendation to use the Apple Developer App to bypass the web bugs. However, when I open the app, the "Enroll Now" button is completely disabled. It seems my account is locked in a "pending" state from the web attempts, which disabled the app enrollment, but I can't clear the pending state because I don't have the backend permissions to access the ID upload link Support sent me. Has anyone successfully broken out of this specific deadlock? Is there a specific phrasing I should use with Support to get them to just wipe the pending web transaction so I can start completely fresh from the iOS app? Thank you in advance for any guidance!

Developer Program enrollment inactive after mobile purchase — no support response since April 21
Hi all, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the Developer App on iPhone. The payment was processed successfully and I received the purchase confirmation, but my membership has never become active. Has anyone else experienced this after enrolling via the Developer App on mobile? Did it eventually resolve on its own, or did contacting support (phone, not email) help? Any guidance would be appreciated — I'm blocked from publishing. Thanks.

Charged $99 for Apple Developer Program but enrollment blocked single name from Indonesia, anyone dealt with this?
So I've been dealing with this for over 2 weeks and honestly losing my mind a bit. Background: I'm Indonesian. In Indonesia it's totally legal and common to have a single name on your ID, no first or last name, just one name. When I filled out the enrollment form I put the same name in both fields since it required both. What happened: Got charged $99, Apple invoice confirmed, bank confirmed Developer portal: "your enrollment could not be completed" Tried the Developer app: "enrollment through app could not be completed on this account" Support has replied twice basically saying "try the Developer app" — which doesn't work I have an open case but it's going in circles. Has anyone here dealt with single-name enrollment issues with Apple Developer? Especially from Indonesia or India or anywhere with similar naming conventions? Or any tips for actually getting a human at Apple to manually fix this? Email support feels like a wall.

Membership renewal not reflected
Our Apple Developer Program membership renewal is facing an issue from Apple’s side. The membership section shows that the annual fee is marked as "waived", but the developer portal still shows that our membership has expired. Even after multiple follow-ups with Apple support, the issue has not been resolved. Additionally, our apps have become unavailable on the App Store due to this issue. These applications are used for public service delivery / judicial stakeholders, and the outage is affecting users. This is a critical issue for us, and we would appreciate guidance or escalation support from Apple staff/community moderators.

Apple developer enrollment
Hello, I am experiencing a critical billing loop during Apple Developer Program enrollment that prevents me from completing my purchase. The Issue: My Apple ID is correctly set to Kosovo, but when I attempt to complete the enrollment payment on the web (as directed by the Apple Developer App), the system redirects me to the United States storefront (/shop/checkout). The Blocker: Because I am being forced into the US storefront, the "Country/Region" field is greyed out and hard-locked to "United States." Since I am located in Kosovo, I cannot provide a US billing address or zip code, making it impossible to submit the form. Details: Region: Kosovo Case ID: 102874272593 (Two support requests sent with no resolution) Platform: Both Safari and Chrome (Incognito doesn't fix the redirect) I have already spoken to general AppleCare support, but they were unable to assist with Developer-specific billing overrides. I need an Enrollment Specialist to provide a Direct Payment Link or a Global Credit Card Form that bypasses the localized storefront redirect. Thank you.

Developer account pending for four months?
Is this normal? Previously I was able to get new developer accounts in a matter of days, weeks at worst. Now I submitted on January 7 and it says I'm still pending. What are we doing here? "Your enrollment is being processed. Your enrollment ID is 59BWLHW9J8." Was helping my daughter with an app for a school project, now she's at risk of failing b/c no one at Apple will pick up the phone. This sucks, I am so bummed and honestly feel like a shitty parent, and can't get Apple to pick up the phone to just process a routine application.

Can't register Apple Developer Account - stuck for 2.5 months
I set up a single-member LLC through Firstbase.io. My colleague obtained a DUNS number using the Certificate of Incorporation and EIN Verification Letter provided by Firstbase. Once we had the DUNS, I applied for an Apple Developer Account (Enrollment ID: 54AML988C5). I used my personal MacBook that I've had for years, but had to create a new Apple ID since I already have a personal Apple developer account that's been active for 8+ years. Documents I submitted with the enrollment: My passport EIN Verification Letter (with my name on it) Certificate of Incorporation A month later I received a rejection: "We're unable to proceed with your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program at this time. You can still take advantage of great content using your Apple Account to develop and test apps on your own device." Support doesn't respond to messages. The "Request a call" button on aninterestingwebsite.com/support literally does nothing — clicking it has no effect. I contacted D&B to make sure our company data was correct. They confirmed everything was fine, and at my request they updated the company profile so that my name now explicitly appears as Key Principal on the D&B website. Reached out to Apple support again — still no response. I then created a second Apple ID on our corporate domain (developer@mydomain_com) and submitted another enrollment (Enrollment ID: H9V8P25F67). Got the exact same rejection with the exact same wording. And once again — no response from support. What's especially surprising is that reaching out to Apple support from my personal developer account - which is active and in good standing - about this situation doesn't lead anywhere either. They simply don't respond. Has anyone dealt with this? What can actually be done here?

Payment Taken, No Response for 23 Days – What Is Going On with My Apple Developer Enrollment?
Hello, I’m posting here as a last resort because this situation is becoming extremely concerning. It has now been 23 days, and I have received absolutely no communication from Apple—no confirmation, no update, nothing. I have already: Sent multiple emails to Apple Developer Support Waited far beyond the promised timeframe But there has been complete silence. At this point, I’m struggling to understand what’s happening: Apple has taken my payment My developer account is still not active There is no response from support This feels extremely unprofessional and honestly raises serious concerns about how this process is being handled. If there is an issue with my enrollment, why has there been no communication at all? And if not, why is my payment being held without any progress? I would really appreciate if someone from Apple could look into this urgently or advise on what steps I can take next. Right now, I feel completely scammed with no visibility into what’s going on.

Individual Apple Developer Enrollment Still Pending After Payment
I enrolled in the individual Apple Developer Program last Thursday and completed the payment, but my enrollment status is still showing as “pending.” To avoid any verification issues, I have already updated my Apple ID name to match my passport exactly. Could someone please help check my enrollment status or advise on what I should do next? I would greatly appreciate any assistance, as the delay is affecting my ability to proceed with development.
