Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Program enrollment issue, no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m running into a frustrating issue with the Apple Developer Program and would really appreciate any advice. I was charged $99 USD for the membership and received the confirmation email saying it would be processed within 2 business days. However, I still don’t have access to the membership, and nothing has been activated on my account. What makes it worse — I’ve already tried contacting Apple support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received any response at all. So right now I’m stuck: payment went through, but no membership and no support response. Has anyone faced this before? Did your membership eventually activate on its own? Is there any way to actually reach Apple support (chat, phone, anything that works)? Should I escalate this somehow or request a refund through my bank? Any advice would really help — I feel like I’m just shouting into the void at this point. Thanks 🙏

Charged twice for Apple Developer Program, membership still inactive, no response from support
Hello, I’m looking for help with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I was charged twice for the Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not active. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times and have not received a response. Current support case IDs: 102858984144 102856097291 Timeline: First support requests were submitted on March 30, 2026 Another enrollment-related request was submitted on April 2, 2026 As of today, there has been no reply and my membership is still inactive What I need: Confirmation of the status of both payments Activation of my Apple Developer Program membership Refund of the duplicate charge if both payments were successfully captured I can provide masked order numbers and payment proof if needed. If anyone from Apple staff is able to review or escalate this case, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Payment processed 18 days ago, but Developer Program still not activated
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or assistance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed my purchase and paid the $99 fee back on March 5th. Today is March 23rd, and my account is still not activated. It has been 18 days of total silence. I have already sent multiple follow-up emails to Apple Support, but I haven't received a single response. My payment was successfully processed, but I haven't received any confirmation or activation emails since then. Here are my transaction details: Invoice Number: MC55225030 Web Order Number: D009495884 Sales Order Number: AEU2369279 Has anyone else experienced such a long delay recently? Please Help, $343 proceeds but only $258 paid, what explains the gap?
Hi everyone Please i need someone to explain this, I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar with their payments. In March, in App Store Connect → Trends → Proceeds, I can see that my total proceeds are $343. However, in Payments and Financial Reports, Apple shows that they will pay me only $258 USD. From what I understand, taxes and Apple’s commission are already deducted when calculating proceeds, so I’m confused about why there is still such a big difference between the proceeds amount and the final payment. Has anyone faced this before or knows what could explain this gap? Thanks in advance for your help!

Unable to accept new developer program license agreement
I see a yellow banner on my App Store Connect page with the following message: Apple Developer Program License Agreement Updated The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website." I am the account owner and I don't see any option to accept the license agreement. I see that the last agreement was signed on 13th December 2021 and it is accepted. I don't see any other agreements anywhere. I am unable to release any apps due to this issue. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Apple Developer Program membership renewal still not updating active after payment
Hi, I hope it's ok to post this here as I'm on a bit of a time-crunch to have this sorted and looking to get this issue resolved. I just renewed my Apple Developer Program membership (annual subscription) and received my order confirmation (Order #W1411330632, placed February 28, 2026) for $1,749.00 MXN. However, my membership status still hasn't updated to active. Is this normal (a waiting period for a renewal). Organization enrollment declined with no reason provided — 2 open support cases, no response
I enrolled my company Yasmina IT and Development LLC (Wyoming LLC) in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. The enrollment was declined and my account page now shows "Your enrollment request for your company has been declined." Company details: Legal Entity: Yasmina IT and Development LLC D-U-N-S: 141729385 Website: yasmina-it.com Valid EIN and passport on file Developer Support (Robert, case 102818588804) advised me to enroll as an individual instead, but provided no specific reason for the organization decline. I replied on March 19th asking for the rejection reason — no response. I opened a second case (30000003327016) on March 25th — also no response. I am not asking to bypass any requirements. I simply need the specific rejection reason so I can take the correct action. Has anyone experienced this and found a resolution?

Is the customer support even alive, or have they all switched to a useless and stupid AI and now they don't respond, even though they charge money without any problems?
The support team is absolutely useless here. I subscribed to a developer account and everything was fine; I received an email. But because there was a bug in their app, I signed up for a second subscription, and I cancelled the second one. As a result, I haven't heard back from support for a week, and I'm sitting without an account even though I paid for the first subscription. These dogs don't respond.

I purchased a $100 Apple Developer credit for my apple account , but the Apple Developer access hasn’t been granted to my account, and it still says “pending” and “complete purchases.” In other words, I can’t use what I purchased and can’t access it. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue regarding the Apple Developer license?

WWDC26 - Request to Open Developer Center for Keynote
It would be a wonderful idea for the Apple Developer Team to open up the developer center and host events like Keynote (in the theatre) and interfacing with Apple Engineers for those developers who want to be in Cupertino but did not win a ticket. Thank you.
