Organization enrollment payment failing silently for 2+ weeks — Enrollment ID Z5NK9BFRC8, no support response
I'm a developer from Nigeria trying to complete payment for the Apple Developer Program (organization enrollment). This has been ongoing for over 2 weeks with no resolution. My enrollment is fully approved. D-U-N-S verified. The only issue is the payment. Here's what I've experienced: Multiple payment attempts with two different USD cards (Grey, Chipper Cash) Payments either fail silently (no error shown, order acknowledgement email received, but no charge on card and account not activated) or return "Duplicate Order" error A $0.00 card verification charge went through on one attempt, but the actual $99 was never charged The enrollment page keeps showing "Complete your purchase" every time I log in I submitted a support email request over 3 weeks ago — zero response I have a completed app ready for App Store submission being delayed by this Organization enrollment, D-U-N-S verified, all enrollment steps completed. Only the payment step remains. I've seen many developers in these forums reporting the same issue since February 2026. Is there a known issue with the enrollment payment system? Can an Apple team member please look into my case or clear the duplicate order so I can retry with a fresh transaction? Any help from the community or Apple staff would be greatly appreciated. This is blocking my entire product launch.

Processed internal TestFlight builds fail to install: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist”
Hi, I’m seeing a strange TestFlight issue. My builds process successfully in App Store Connect, appear in TestFlight, and are assigned to internal testers, but installation fails immediately with: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” What I’ve verified: • builds are processed/completed • apps are visible in TestFlight • internal tester groups are configured • agreements/banking/tax are active This affects multiple apps in the same developer account. The issue started after adding a widget extension and moving to a new Swift-based workflow, so I’m trying to isolate whether this is: • signing/provisioning/entitlements • widget extension misconfiguration • or a backend issue on Apple’s side I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and submitted Feedback Assistant reports. Has anyone seen this exact behavior before?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck for Over 2 Weeks
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and placed the $99 order. Shortly after, I received the email saying: “Thank you for your order. Your order request will be processed within 2 business days.” However, it has now been over two weeks and my membership has still not been activated. I also contacted Apple Developer Support about a week ago through the contact form, but unfortunately I have not received any reply so far. When I visit aninterestingwebsite.com, I still see the page prompting me to complete or place the order, even though I already placed it and received the confirmation email. Could someone from Apple please check the status of my enrollment or advise what I should do next? Thank you.

App review stuck under “waiting for review” for over a month
Our app's status has been completely frozen for both App Store Distribution and TestFlight. No status changes are occurring, which is preventing us from releasing updates to conduct beta testing. Or upload the app to App Store.  App Details: App Name: Memento - where you’ve been Apple ID of the app:  6758897827 Issue since: February 8, 2026 Current stuck status:  "Waiting for Review" for both distribution and TestFlight  Steps already taken: submitted more then 3 tickets to Apple support (No response) App review expedite ticket . we addressed some issues that could have been causing the delay in distribution (bugs and fixes) and uploaded the app for review again. We made sure any app information were clear in the review draft ( our data usage, features of the app, our privacy policy, support URL ) Given the duration and business impact of this issue, I am requesting that this be escalated to the appropriate review team for investigation. any help would be greatly appreciated

PHAssetResourceUploadJobChangeRequest doesn't upload iCloud-optimized photos — is this expected?
I'm implementing PHBackgroundResourceUploadExtension to back up photos and videos to our cloud storage service. During testing, I observed that iCloud-optimized photos (where the full-resolution original is stored in iCloud, not on device) do not upload. The upload job appears to silently skip these assets. Questions: Is this behavior intentional/documented? I couldn't find explicit mention of this limitation. If the device only has the optimized/thumbnail version locally, does the system: - Automatically download the full-resolution asset from iCloud before uploading? - Skip the asset entirely? - Return an error via PHAssetResourceUploadJobChangeRequest? For a complete backup solution, should we: - Pre-fetch full-resolution assets using PHAssetResourceManager.requestData(for:options:) before creating upload jobs? - Use a hybrid approach (this extension for local assets + separate logic for iCloud-only assets)? Two apps stuck in "Waiting for Review" for weeks — no response from App Review
Hello, I am reaching out here because I have two iOS apps that have been stuck in "Waiting for Review" status with no communication from the App Review team. App 1: OKIRIZO (Apple ID: 6757417197) First submitted: January 10, 2026 Current submission: February 25, 2026 Status: Waiting for Review (19+ days on current submission, over 2 months since first submission) Multiple resubmissions due to the prolonged wait App 2: TidaKitchen (Apple ID: 6759185372) Current submission: approximately March 11, 2026 Status: Waiting for Review Both are version 1.0 initial submissions for the iOS App Store. There are no messages, no rejection notices, and no feedback in App Store Connect. I have also submitted expedited review requests but have received no response. I understand that review times can vary, but waiting over two months with zero communication is significantly impacting our business. These apps serve local businesses in Okinawa, Japan, and the delays are causing real operational problems for our clients. I have seen many similar reports from other developers in February-March 2026 on these forums. If anyone from the App Review team could investigate, or if fellow developers have found a resolution, I would greatly appreciate any guidance. Thank you for your time.

Smart app download banner data not showing up
Hello! I'm reaching out because we're seeing an inconsistency in App Store Connect data after we implemented the iOS Smart App Download Banner on our websites: when we go to App Store Connect → App Analytics → Acquisition → Campaigns, we see: “There isn’t enough data to display campaigns.” despite the fact that we expect to see some download data there. Context: Apps: HomeRun – Get Things Done (App ID: 1506390428) and ProntoPro - Trova Professionisti (App ID: 1274970171) We deployed the iOS Smart App Banner on the corresponding web pages on March 5 (https://homerun.pl/ and https://prontopro.ch/) We have also created corresponding campaigns in App Store Connect and are passing tokens via the banner meta tag: We tested this in real life by downloading both apps at least 5 times using distinct Apple accounts which never downloaded the apps before. Verification You can visit our websites (https://homerun.pl/ and https://prontopro.ch/) and verify the Smart App Banner configuration by viewing the page HTML source and locating the apple-itunes-app meta tag and its affiliate-data value. 2 Apps Stuck in "Waiting for Review" (6 & 23+ Days) — Expedited Review Approved but No Movement (2026)
Hello iOS Developer Community, I have two apps stuck in "Waiting for Review" and would appreciate any advice from developers who have faced a similar situation. 📱 App 1 — BookAstors (User App) Submission ID: 33bc446c-42aa-425d-9eba-2b79e88e9c9f Version: iOS 1.0.4 (Build 15) Date Submitted: March 17, 2026 Waiting since: 6+ days 📱 App 2 — Admin BookAstors (Admin Panel) Submission ID: c8af128f-0666-492a-bd88-3a2cad64d74c Version: iOS 1.0.5 (Build 8) Date Submitted: February 28, 2026 Waiting since: 23+ days Both apps are live on the App Store with an active user base. These updates contain critical bug fixes that our users and business operators are waiting on. The delay is directly impacting user experience and platform operations. I submitted an Expedited Review Request for both apps and received Apple's confirmation: "We'll expedite review for BookAstors / Admin BookAstors." However, even after the expedited request was accepted, neither app has moved from "Waiting for Review" to "In Review". Has anyone experienced such long delays in 2026 even after an expedited review was approved? How long did it eventually take to move forward? Unable to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment – payment not reaching bank, enrollment blocked
Hello, We have been trying to enroll our company in the Apple Developer Program for about 1.5 months, but we are completely blocked. • D-U-N-S verified • Initial enrollment was accepted • Multiple payment attempts made (Swedbank, Revolut) • No 3-D Secure, no pending transactions • Bank confirmed that no payment requests from Apple were ever received For comparison, we successfully completed Google Play Developer registration using the same company and already published an app, so this does not seem to be an issue with company data or payment methods. Current state: • Enrollment was reset by Apple Support • Apple Developer app shows Enroll button disabled • Web shows: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time” • We cannot reach the payment step anymore We contacted Apple Developer Support, but responses come about once a week and only suggest contacting the bank, which does not apply in our case. It seems there might be an internal restriction on the Apple ID. Has anyone experienced something similar? Case number: 102828473456

Issues with "denyAppRemoval" and "denyAppInstallation" being stuck after turned off / uninstall
Hello, according to reports from our users these two ManagedSettingsStore options seem to be stuck in the enabled state even after turning them off or removing screen time permissions and uninstalling the app that configured them. Is this possible? Has anyone seen it? The denyAppRemoval (https://aninterestingwebsite.com/documentation/managedsettings/applicationsettings/denyappremoval-swift.property) prevents the user from uninstalling any apps from their device when active. The denyAppInstallation (https://aninterestingwebsite.com/documentation/managedsettings/applicationsettings/denyappinstallation-swift.property) "hides" App Store, making it impossible to install any new apps. We haven't been able to replicate it yet. Does anyone know about workarounds when this happens? So far it seems like the only way is to reset the affected device.

App Store Reporting for Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Hi everyone, I am trying to understand the reporting capabilities available in the iOS ecosystem for auto-renewable subscriptions via App Store Connect / Apple subscription reports. Does Apple provide country-wise active subscriber counts for auto-renewable subscriptions? The requirement is to understand how many currently active subscribers exist in each country. Is there any reporting available at the subscription productID level by country? For example, if we have multiple subscription SKUs (monthly / yearly), can we see the country-wise distribution per productID. In the available reports, are new subscriptions and renewals split separately? We want to differentiate first-time subscription conversions vs recurring renewals. Is there a metric that represents currently active subscriptions at a specific point in time? Most reports seem to show transactions or events, but we are trying to find a metric representing active subscriber base (snapshot) rather than cumulative transactions. Thanks

MusicKit can't find identifiers
I am trying to create keys for my personal project with MusicKit and other resources, but MusicKit specifically for now. I want to gather my recent music history and log the time in my system to measure with my other life data to do analysis on. I have created an Identifier with an appropriate Description and Bundle ID and have MusicKit checked in AppServices. I have saved and reset cash and waited all day and the keys have still not update and show "There are no identifiers available that can be associated with the key" in this field. Please help!

TestFlight is unavailable. Try again.
I am a beta tester. I successfully tested an app this week. However, a different app, by a different developer is generating the “TestFlight is unavailable. Try again” error. I have force closed, and then deleted the TF app, and restarted A16 iPad running 26.3.1 iPadOS, then redownloaded to no effect. I have worked with an Apple Senior Support advisor, and found no network, Apple ID problems on my end after troubleshooting for nearly 2 hours. The developer tried emailing me the link - didn’t work. Now, update builds by developer are now showing the same error on other beta testers iPads, - however, one tester can download the app for beta testing on an iPad Pro M4. The app will download to my phone as well as others´ phones, running current update, but not my iPad. I changed my Apple ID password, reset my network, and nothing works.

Unable to Accept Apple Developer Invitation
I received an Apple Developer team invitation, but when I click the link, it redirects me to create an Apple ID. After filling details and clicking Continue, nothing happens and the button gets disabled. Has anyone faced this issue? Any workaround?

Developer Program enrolment double charge
Followed Apple's instructions and signed up via the iOS developer app. Received confirmation email of purchase. However I can 't complete enrolment because the developer account and the apple account haven't synced, so the developer account is trying to get me to "finish payment". Anyone else have this issue?

With Xcode 26.3, and beta 26.4 (under macOS 26.4 Beta (25E5223i)) my loaded platforms for canvas and simulators keep disappearing. Try to add platforms, and the download just sits there.

MusicKit can't find identifiers
I am trying to create keys for my personal project with MusicKit and other resources, but MusicKit specifically for now. I want to gather my recent music history and log the time in my system to measure with my other life data to do analysis on. I have created an Identifier with an appropriate Description and Bundle ID and have MusicKit checked in AppServices. I have saved and reset cash and waited all day and the keys have still not update and show "There are no identifiers available that can be associated with the key" in this field. Please help!

TestFlight is unavailable. Try again.
I am a beta tester. I successfully tested an app this week. However, a different app, by a different developer is generating the “TestFlight is unavailable. Try again” error. I have force closed, and then deleted the TF app, and restarted A16 iPad running 26.3.1 iPadOS, then redownloaded to no effect. I have worked with an Apple Senior Support advisor, and found no network, Apple ID problems on my end after troubleshooting for nearly 2 hours. The developer tried emailing me the link - didn’t work. Now, update builds by developer are now showing the same error on other beta testers iPads, - however, one tester can download the app for beta testing on an iPad Pro M4. The app will download to my phone as well as others´ phones, running current update, but not my iPad. I changed my Apple ID password, reset my network, and nothing works.
