Program enrollment issue, no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m running into a frustrating issue with the Apple Developer Program and would really appreciate any advice. I was charged $99 USD for the membership and received the confirmation email saying it would be processed within 2 business days. However, I still don’t have access to the membership, and nothing has been activated on my account. What makes it worse — I’ve already tried contacting Apple support multiple times via email, but I haven’t received any response at all. So right now I’m stuck: payment went through, but no membership and no support response. Has anyone faced this before? Did your membership eventually activate on its own? Is there any way to actually reach Apple support (chat, phone, anything that works)? Should I escalate this somehow or request a refund through my bank? Any advice would really help — I feel like I’m just shouting into the void at this point. Thanks 🙏

IAP link to app not working
I have been in a rejection loop due to not being able to link the subscription item to the app for months, connect reviewers don't seem to understand my issue So I finally got the IAP /sub section to appear in the version after deleting the first rejected sub product. It linked, the IAP and app were in a 'ready to submit' state as advised from this forum post. I have deleted the sub product twice, got it to link twice but each time I submit the sub is removed from the build and doesn't get reviewed, as the sub product doesn't get approved the build gets rejected. You can clearly see the sub product linked in the attached image below, when I navigate away or refresh the page the sub product is gone and the reviewer can't see the sub product. I have advised the review team numerous times but just get the generic go to the forums etc etc. responses How do I appeal a review? or just some actual help from apple? I basically said all this in my latest reply to review and they said contact help, is that the best route? Sub ID b80d3cf0-ba67-4e6c-83af-28e6bebb973d

Xcode Source Control pull/push hangs indefinitely, terminal Git works normally After Tahoe 26.3 (25D125) Update
Device Details: MBP M2 Pro AND MBP M3 Pro macOS 26.3 (25D125) Xcode Version 26.3, 26.2, 26.1 (I reinstalled all 3 of these after the macOS update) BUG: Xcode hangs indefinitely when performing Source Control operations (Pull or Push) on a Git repository that uses SSH authentication. The same repository works correctly when performing the equivalent Git operations from the Terminal using the Git CLI. The issue appears to be specific to Xcode’s internal Source Control integration. When the operation is triggered from Xcode, the UI shows a spinning progress indicator and never completes. Terminal Git commands (git fetch, git pull, git push) complete normally using the same SSH key and repository. A hang sample taken during the issue shows the Xcode main thread blocked in Source Control authentication and fingerprint handling code paths, including: IDESourceControlUIHandler IDESourceControlFingerprintManager handleAuthenticationFailure showFingerprintAlertOnWindow This suggests Xcode may be waiting on a Source Control authentication or host fingerprint UI flow that never resolves. SSH connectivity itself is functioning correctly: ssh -T git@bitbucket.org and ssh -T git@github.com both authenticate successfully. git ls-remote, git fetch, git pull, and git push all work correctly from Terminal. No Source Control accounts are configured in Xcode Preferences. Authentication relies entirely on SSH keys. Steps to Reproduce Configure an SSH key for Git access (e.g., Bitbucket or GitHub) and confirm it works via Terminal. Clone or open an existing Git repository that uses SSH (git@host:repo.git). Open the project/workspace in Xcode. In Xcode, attempt a Source Control operation such as: Source Control → Pull Source Control → Push Observe that Xcode displays a spinning progress indicator and does not complete the operation. App Store Guideline 4.3(b): A Barrier to Meaningful Innovation?
After months of hard work developing an app with unique mechanics and a distinct user experience, we recently faced a rejection under Guideline 4.3(b) (Spam/Saturated Category). The feedback we received stated that there are "already enough of these apps on the App Store." While we completely understand Apple's need to filter out low-quality clones, it feels like this guideline sometimes overlooks genuine originality. The most frustrating part for independent developers is that the category you fall into seems to matter more than the actual value your app provides. Whether the app is positioned in lifestyle, entertainment, or productivity, a rigid "category quota" can prevent reviewers from truly seeing the unique features we built. This creates a significant hurdle for new entrants and makes it incredibly difficult for fresh ideas to break into established categories. It feels less about the quality of the application and more about timing—as if early arrivers have a permanent advantage over newcomers, regardless of how much innovation the new app brings to the table. Ultimately, we believe this limits consumer choice. Users deserve the opportunity to discover and decide between new, modern alternatives, rather than having their options restricted by a pre-determined saturation limit. We hope Apple reconsiders how 4.3(b) is applied, ensuring that the App Store remains a place where truly innovative apps, regardless of their category, have a fair chance to be evaluated on their own merits.

FamilyControls entitlement request submitted March 27. No response yet.
Hi all, I submitted a FamilyControls entitlement request on March 27, 2026. It has been 9 days with no confirmation or response of any kind. I also submitted a TSI today (Case ID: 102861687343). My app is live on the App Store and is built to use Screen Time APIs to block specific apps during user defined hours. I need FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, ManagedSettings, and ManagedSettingsUI approved for the main app and its extensions. Has anyone experienced similar wait times recently? Is there a way to check on the status of an entitlement request? Thank you, Max

In-App Subscription Works in Xcode Sandbox but Not Appearing for App Review Testers
Hello, I’m having an issue with my first subscription for my app WealthSlices, where the subscription appears correctly when testing locally from Xcode, but App Store reviewers appear unable to retrieve the product. Symptoms When I run the app from Xcode on my iPhone using the Sandbox environment: The subscription loads successfully. The purchase sheet appears. I can complete a sandbox purchase. However, when App Review tests the app, the paywall fails to load products and the app shows the following message: "No Products found. Purchases are temporarily unavailable on this device." Environment App: WealthSlices Platform: iOS Testing locally via Xcode → Sandbox Apple ID Subscription type: Auto-renewable subscription Product: WealthSlices Basic ($9.99/month) StoreKit: StoreKit 2 Current build: 1.0.7 (Build 32) What works locally When running via Xcode: StoreKit successfully fetches products. The subscription sheet appears with the correct pricing. Sandbox purchase flow completes normally. What appears to happen during App Review It appears that Product.products(for:) returns an empty list when the reviewers test the app. Things I have already verified The subscription is created in App Store Connect. It is attached to the current app version under In-App Purchases and Subscriptions. The subscription has pricing and localization configured. The subscription is in Ready to Submit status. The bundle ID and product ID match the code. Paid Apps Agreement is active. I uploaded a new build after creating the subscription. Question Is there something specific required for first-time subscription submissions that might cause the product not to appear during App Review but still work in local sandbox testing? Is there a known delay or propagation requirement for subscriptions before they can be fetched by Product.products(for:) in TestFlight/App Review environments? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. also there doesn't seem to be an option to select the subscription over at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/apps/6754225986/distribution/ios/version/inflight but there is no option to add it Thank you!

I am unable to use my iPhone 17 Pro as a run destination in Xcode. The device appears at a low level, but CoreDevice / devicectl keeps reporting it as unavailable. However, at the CoreDevice / devicectl layer the device remains unavailable, and Xcode cannot use it for on-device build/run. Is this a known issue with macOS 26.3 / iOS 26.3 / Xcode 26.4 beta 2? Any workaround or additional debugging steps would be appreciated.

TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
Hello, I created an app using the latest version of Xcode (16.2), and I'm having a problem testing this app on my iPhones. I created this app just like all the others I've made for my clients, including one on (03/24/25), but when I went to upload another App to App Store Connect on (03/26/25) I couldn't test it on my phone. Points to consider: The app runs perfectly on the Emulator. All my terms and agreements with Apple are up to date. I tried to download the apps through Testflight on 2 different devices, iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.1) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2), and I was unsuccessful in neither attempt. I can send my app to the internal testers, but when I click download, the following message appears: Could not install [APP NAME]. The requested App is not available or doesn't exist. I imagine this problem is with Apple itself, I have already contacted support, but I need to resolve this urgently for my customers. Has anyone experienced this and resolved it?

SQLite seems broken on MacOS Tahoe 26.5
I've been running into lots of issues since I upgraded to 26.5 beta, spotlight doesn't work, mail index was broken and after deleting it I can't reindex my mail., after a while I get an error that reindexing failed and that I should relaunch that app and it will start over. It never succeeds Looking into the console, it seems that at least the mail issue, but also others system logging errors (trustd, coreduetd) are linked to corrupted sqlite databases. So I guess the sqlite version is a dud ?

receivedTurnEventForMatch giving stale data
In my turn-based game, I receive GKListener event receivedTurnEventForMatch and decode the match.matchData. On occasion, the matchData is clearly stale and is from the previous turn. If I call the MatchMaker ViewController up and select that same match, the data is not stale, so it's not a matter of not calling endTurn. I have tried both loadMatchWithID and loadMatchesWithCompletionHandler after receiving the receivedTurnEventForMatch, but the data is still stale. Advice?

No Universal for Map App project with Tahoe
Mac Pro 2019, Tahoe 26.3, Xcode 26.2 Mac Mini 2023 M2, Tahoe 26.3, Xcode 26.2 On Mac Pro 2019 the app is only Intel while on Mac Mini 2023 M2 it is ARM64 only. Both have Standard Architectures (Apple Silicon, Intel). Both have Build Active Architecture Only is set to No (Debug + Release). Happen for default new projet macOS -> App and Obj-C, Xib. No change to defaults setting except uncheck "Automaticaly manage signing" and "Signing Certificate" set to "Sign to Run Locally" HOWEVER On Mac Pro 2019, BigSur 11.7.10, Xcode 14.10 the application is build Universal ! Why cannot build universal with Tahoe 26.3, Xcode 26.2 ? Can I submit a Mac applcation to App Store Connect with BigSur 11.7.10, Xcode 14.10 ? What are the minimal version of Mac Os and Xcode to submit a Mac applcation to App Store Connect ?

How do you get a clickable location when building a subscribable event?
I am trying to provide my clients with subscribable calendar link so they can see their schedules from an App I have. I've got the basics working on building out the various fields for the VEVENT, however no matter what I have tried the LOCATION is always showing up as a text and not a location within Apple Maps that I can have them click on from the event. Any idea what the best way to go about this would be, and feeding the ICS an address, Apple Maps URL, GPS coordinates either in the location, Geo or the X-APPLE-STRUCTURED-LOCATION or combinations haven't been working. I am using/hosting on Google Scripts.

Good morning, I assume that coredata model changes are automatically created on the development cloudkit (CD_*) as that has been the behaviour in the past and than you deploy the schema changes to prod. I have a case were a new field in a existing table is not appearing in the dev cloudkit table is there a way to "force" it to show up? thanks in advance

Advice?

Part XX of the ITA blocking submission
All my business documents are in an active state, including the Part XX of the Income Tax Act (necessary for Canadians), but app.store connect won't let me bundle subcriptions or in-store payements with my app or let me submit it b/c is says I'm not in compliance. It's incredibly frustrating b/c it must be an internal error. anyone else having this issue?

Good morning, I assume that coredata model changes are automatically created on the development cloudkit (CD_*)
