Error during In-App Provisioning (eligibility step, PKErrorHTTPResponseStatusCodeKey=500)
We are implementing in-app provisioning in our fintech app; We are reaching out to ask for your help in understanding what is going wrong so we can fix it. What happens: User taps “Add to Apple Wallet” → we present PKAddPaymentPassViewController → they tap Next → after a few seconds the flow fails with "Set Up Later" alert. Device log: "eligibility request failure", "Received HTTP 500" )'; underlyingError: 'Error Domain=PKPaymentWebServiceErrorDomain Code=0 "Unexpected error." ARSession Error: Required sensor failed
Hi everyone, I’m currently using the RoomPlan API, which has been working reliably until recently. However, I’ve started encountering an intermittent error and I’m trying to understand what might be causing it. The error is triggered in the ARSession observer method: session(_ session: ARSession, didFailWithError error: Error) It has occurred on at least two devices: iPhone 14 Pro iPhone 17 Pro Here’s the full error message: ARSession failed domain=com.apple.arkit.error code=102 desc=Required sensor failed. userInfo=["NSLocalizedFailureReason": A sensor failed to deliver the required input., "NSUnderlyingError": Error Domain=AVFoundationErrorDomain Code=-11819 "Cannot Complete Action" UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Cannot Complete Action, NSLocalizedRecoverySuggestion=Try again later.}, "NSLocalizedDescription": Required sensor failed.] This seems to indicate that a required sensor (likely LiDAR or camera) failed to provide input, but I’m not sure what’s causing it or why it happens only occasionally. Has anyone experienced something similar or has insight into possible causes or fixes? Thanks in advance!

Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment — Processing for Over 2 Weeks, No Updates
Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment — Processing for Over 2 Weeks, No Updates I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment as an organization on March 7, 2026. My enrollment ID is L9UY78P779. Setup details: Enrolled as Company/Organization (Delaware LLC) Valid DUNS number on file Apple ID has 2FA enabled Work email on a custom business domain The enrollment status has been stuck on "Your enrollment is being processed" for over two weeks now. I have not received any follow-up emails, requests for additional documentation, or any communication from Apple. I have also submitted a support request through the Apple Developer contact page with no response. This is blocking our ability to set up App Store Connect and begin the app review process. Could an Apple team member please review my enrollment and advise on what may be holding up the process? Happy to provide any additional documentation needed. Thank you.

Platform SSO: Biometric Prompt Behavior with userSecureEnclaveKey
I have a question regarding Platform SSO and the use of Secure Enclave–backed keys with biometric policies. If we configure userSecureEnclaveKeyBiometricPolicy with userSecureEnclaveKey, my understanding is that the Secure Enclave key is protected by biometric authentication (e.g., Face ID / Touch ID). In this setup, during a login request that also refreshes the id_token and refresh_token, the assertion is signed using the userSecureEnclaveKey. My question is: Will this signing operation trigger a biometric prompt every time the assertion is generated (i.e., during login/token refresh) ?

How to initiate native cellular calls without user confirmation from a companion app (like Meta Ray-Ban glasses)
We are building an AI-powered smart glasses companion app, similar to Meta Ray-Ban. We want to provide true hands-free calling support. Right now, whenever the app tries to dial a native cellular call, iOS shows a confirmation screen that requires the user to tap to start the call. If the user always has to confirm/tap on the phone screen, there is no real point in using smart glasses for making calls. How can we initiate a native outgoing call without any confirmation dialog or extra tap, exactly like Siri does it, or like the Meta Ray-Ban glasses do when the user says “Hey Meta, call [name]” Please guide us on the correct APIs, entitlements, or integration path to achieve this behavior. Thank you.

Safari shows "Fraudulent Website Warning" for clean domain — all security databases clear, Chrome works fine
Safari continues to display a "Fraudulent Website Warning" for openvan.camp despite the domain being clean across all major security databases for over a week. Chrome, Firefox, and all other browsers open the site without any warnings. Domain: openvan.camp Warning appeared: March 18, 2026 Warning type: Fraudulent Website Warning (red screen) Current security database status: Google Safe Browsing: ✅ Clean (transparencyreport.google.com) Google Search Console: ✅ No security issues Spamhaus DBL: ✅ Removed from blocklist Fortinet FortiGuard: ✅ Category "Travel" VirusTotal: ✅ 0/65 vendors URLVoid: ✅ 0/35 engines Steps taken: Removed the third-party ad network (Adsterra) that caused the original flag — March 18, 2026 Migrated hosting to Scaleway (AS12876, France), IP: 151.115.84.228 Configured SPF, DKIM, DMARC records Created functional abuse@ and postmaster@ role accounts Submitted review via websitereview.apple.com — no response after 5 days What we believe is happening: Apple's Safe Browsing database appears to have an independent entry for this domain that has not been updated despite all underlying security databases clearing the flag. Safari's warning persists even after deleting ~/Library/Safari/SafeBrowsing/ cache and re-downloading the database — which confirms this is not a local cache issue. Steps to reproduce: Open Safari on macOS or iOS Navigate to https://openvan.camp/ Safari displays "Fraudulent Website Warning" Open the same URL in Chrome — no warning Expected behavior: No warning should be shown. The domain is legitimate, clean, and verified. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any additional channel to escalate beyond websitereview.apple.com?

App Review - What kind of queue app review team is using
When I first uploaded my game, they rejected it after 10 days. Then uploaded it after adding a new feature, but even after one month, there are no updates from them. So I rejected it myself and uploaded a new build with new features. And that was on Feb 6, 2026. Now it's more than 1.5 months, and no updates. When I contact them, they say they ESCALATED the review 3 times, but still have no update from the app review. But I can see many other apps getting approved after Feb 6 in Reddit posts. So what makes my game wait in the queue for more than 1.5 months? Also, why can't Apple employees say the proper reason not to start the review? They are charging 100 per year and not even reviewing the one game I uploaded.

Apple Developer Program subscription is active, but my account is still not activated
Hello, My Apple Developer Program subscription is active in Apple subscriptions and valid until March 19, 2027, but my developer account is still not activated and I have not received the confirmation email. The purchase was completed through the Apple Developer app on my wife’s iPhone, but the enrollment was for my own Apple Account. In the app, I see the message: “You’ll receive an email soon.” Has anyone had the same issue? How was it resolved? Thank you.

Inability of Apple to remedy review bombing
Hi all, Has anyone else experience review bombs and how effective was Apple at remedying it? In my case there is zero guidance and zero substantive insight by Developer support how I can effectively remedy a dishonest/bad-faith review attack on my application by a competitor. What are the criteria or guidelines for assessing an ‘attack’ under Apple Media Services Terms of Service section M? And the same for ‘bad-faith‘ and ‘dishonest‘ reviews? In my case I had an encounter on Reddit with somebody threatening to review bomb me, explaining to me how they knew how to bypass the Apple review system, and critiquing my app with specific comments. On that same day I received a 1 star review including exactly the same ‘critiques‘ that the Redditor gave me, written in German instead of English. Who here wants to guess the nationality of the Redditor? Before I received the review I had already notified Apple of the fact that I had this interaction and I was expecting a review bomb. I explained the explicit intention and the bad faith. I have set out all the evidence in emails to Apple, including links to the Reddit thread, that the reviewer and redditor use literally the same tends to describe my app, the timing, the circumstances, and so on. Apple provides me nothing in terms of concrete assessment except for telling me two different things in order for reviews to qualify to be removed: Reviews must be spam, attacks or hate speech Reviews must be offensive or factually inaccurate I had argued with concrete evidence that it was na attack. The review is also factually inaccurate. But this review procedure keeps moving the goalposts. Is there anyone at Apple who moderates / manages the assessment of these reviews when they’re reported to Apple? I’d be happy to have a call about this. After all, in a case like this where somebody explicitly threatens somebody with a review bomb, and is then review bombed with overlapping terms, language etc, then it makes you wonder if the assessment is effective at all.

SpringBoard Watchdog Timeout (180s) when using "Add to Home Screen" - iOS 2026
Reporting a consistent system-wide freeze followed by a Kernel Panic when attempting to use the "Add to Home Screen" feature in Safari. This issue has persisted across multiple recent iOS updates and leads to a device bootloop. Technical Details: The UI becomes entirely unresponsive for exactly 180 seconds. Analytics logs indicate a userspace watchdog timeout caused by SpringBoard failing to check in. Panic String: panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffffff0422ccb9): userspace watchdog timeout: no successful checkins from SpringBoard (0 induced crashes) in 180 seconds Steps to Reproduce: Open Safari and navigate to any URL. Tap the Share icon. Select Add to Home Screen. The device UI freezes immediately. After 3 minutes, the system triggers a reboot. Environment: • Device: 16PM panic-base-2026-03-12-222721.ips.txt • OS Version: 26.4 RC and Beta 3 v1 • Feedback ID: FB22286846 (Full sysdiagnose and panic logs are attached to the original Feedback Assistant report). Questions: Is this a known regression involving the web clip background daemon, or does the 180s timeout suggest a specific database corruption within the Home Screen layout?

Now running 3 days since payment. Is this some sort of a hazing ceremony or a sick joke apple is doing to new developers? or is there a secret email I can contact to get some decent support?

Serious Question: Small Business Program?
Hey everyone, I applied for the App Store Small Business Program on February 18th and I still haven't heard anything back, that's almost 20 days now. Is this normal? How long did it take for those of you who got approved? I'm starting to wonder if my application even went through correctly. Would really appreciate hearing your experiences — especially if you applied recently. Did anyone else wait this long? Thanks

RealityView content disappears when selecting Lock In Place on visionOS
I'm experiencing an issue where all RealityView content disappears when the user selects "Lock In Place" from the window management menu (long press on close button). "Follow Me" works correctly and this happens in Testflight builds only not reproducible when I run locally I have reproduced this with a minimal project containing nothing but a simple red cube — no custom anchors, no app state, no dependencies. Steps to Reproduce: Open an ImmersiveSpace A red cube is placed 1m in front of the user via RealityView Long press the X button on any floating window Select "Lock In Place" The cube disappears immediately Expected: Cube remains visible after window is locked Actual: Cube disappears. Note: "Follow Me" does NOT reproduce this issue. Minimal reproducible code: struct ImmersiveView: View { var body: some View { RealityView { content in let cube = ModelEntity( mesh: .generateBox(size: 0.3), materials: [SimpleMaterial(color: .red, isMetallic: false)] ) cube.setPosition(SIMD3(0, 1.5, -1), relativeTo: nil) content.add(cube) } } } Device: Apple Vision Pro visionOS version: Vision OS 26.2 (23N301) Xcode version: Version 26.3 (17C529) Is this a known issue? Is there a recommended workaround to preserve RealityView content during Lock In Place transitions? Thank you!

Issues with AlarmKit for IOS26+
I have been experiencing many issues trying to integrate the Apple AlarmKit in my app. I essentially keeping getting authorization errors. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing issues like this and if anyone had guidance or a fix for what I am experiencing. I was under the impression that any devices IOS26+ could use the AlarmKit but maybe I am mistaken. Getting (com.apple.AlarmKit.Alarm error 1.) every time I try and enable alarms.

AVAudioFile.read extremely slow after seeking in FLAC and MP3 files
I'm developing an audio player app that uses AVAudioFile to read PCM data from various formats. I'm experiencing severe performance issues when seeking in FLAC, while other compressed formats (M4A/AAC) work correctly. I don't intend to use them in my app, but I also tested mp3 files just by curiosity and they also have this issue. Environment: macOS 26 (Tahoe) Xcode 26.3 Apple Silicon (M1) The issue: After setting AVAudioFile.framePosition to a position mid-file, the subsequent call to AVAudioFile.read(into:frameCount:) blocks for an unreasonable amount of time for FLAC and MP3 files. The delay scales linearly with the seek target, seeking near the beginning is fast, seeking toward the end is proportionally slower, which suggests the decoder is decoding linearly from the beginning of the file rather than using any seek index. (My app deals with “images” of Audio CDs ripped as a single long audio file.) The issue is particularly severe when reading files from an SMB network share (server on Ethernet, client on Wi-Fi with the access point ~2 meters away in line of sight). Quick Benchmark results: I tested with the same 75-minute audio content (16-bit/44.1 kHz stereo, 200,502,708 frames) encoded in five formats, seeking to the midpoint. Over SMB (Local Network, Server on Ethernet, Client on WiFi): Format | Seek + Read Time ----------|------------------ WAV | 0.007 s AIFF | 0.009 s Apple | 0.015 s Lossless | MP3 | 9.2 s FLAC | 30.2 s Locally (MacBook Air M1 SSD) : Format | Seek + Read Time ----------|------------------ WAV | 0.0005 s AIFF | 0.0004 s Apple | 0.0011 s Lossless | MP3 | 0.1958 s FLAC | 0.7528 s WAV, AIFF, and M4A all seek virtually instantly (< 15 ms). MP3 and FLAC exhibit linear-time behavior, with FLAC being the worst affected. Note that M4A (AAC) is also a compressed format that requires decoding after seeking, yet it completes in 15 ms. This rules out any inherent limitation of compressed formats, the MP4 container's packet index (stts/stco) is clearly being used for fast random access. Both MP3 (Xing/LAME TOC) and FLAC (SEEKTABLE metadata block) have their own seek mechanisms that should provide similar performance. Minimal CLI tool to reproduce: import Foundation guard CommandLine.arguments.count > 1 else { print("Usage: FLACSpeed <audio-file-path>") exit(1) } let path = CommandLine.arguments[1] let fileURL = URL(fileURLWithPath: path) do { let file = try AVAudioFile(forReading: fileURL) let format = file.processingFormat let buffer = AVAudioPCMBuffer(pcmFormat: format, frameCapacity: 8192)! let totalFrames = file.length let seekTarget = totalFrames / 2 print("File: \(fileURL.lastPathComponent)") print("Format: \(format)") print("Total frames: \(totalFrames)") print("Seeking to frame: \(seekTarget)") file.framePosition = seekTarget let start = CFAbsoluteTimeGetCurrent() try file.read(into: buffer, frameCount: 8192) let elapsed = CFAbsoluteTimeGetCurrent() - start print("Read after seek took \(elapsed) seconds") } catch { print("Error: \(error.localizedDescription)") exit(1) } Expected behavior: AVAudioFile.read(into:frameCount:) after setting framePosition should use the available seek mechanisms in FLAC and MP3 files for fast random access, as it already does for M4A (AAC). Even accounting for the fact that seek tables provide approximate (not sample-precise) positioning, the "jump to nearest index point + decode forward" approach should complete in milliseconds, not seconds. Workaround: For FLAC, I've worked around this by using libFLAC directly, which provides instant seeking via FLAC__stream_decoder_seek_absolute(). libFLAC Performance: For comparison, libFLAC's FLAC__stream_decoder_seek_absolute() performs the same seek + read on the same FLAC file in around 0.015, using the FLAC seek table to jump to the nearest preceding seek point, then decoding forward a small number of frames to the exact target sample.

Now running 3 days since payment. Is this some sort of a hazing ceremony or a sick joke apple is doing to new developers? or is there a secret email I can contact to get some decent support?

3rd time doing my account enrolment
Hi all, i'm new here,, and would like to see what I could do differently to get my account fixed. here is my enrollment ID: 3JXRZ62WJK i've had in the past an account that expired, because I did not renew in time my subscription. I did that with email confirmation. then i was requested to submit a new enrolment, which I did and made payment. then to my surprise the account is requiring another enrolment. that's not how I expect this yo work. What could be the reason why?
