How can I provide free test accounts for mobile games reviewers?
I want to provide free test accounts so that mobile games reviewers can play my iOS game for free. They should be able to make in-app purchases(consumables) without any charges. I don´t know how to create the free test accounts. Is it necessary that my iOS game is already published in the Apple App Store before I can provide test accounts for mobile games reviewers? Or is it necessary to let the reviewers play my game while it is still in TestFlight? If yes, should I ask them to give me there email address so that I can add it to my Sandbox accounts? My game was not yet released in the App Apple Store. It´s only available on TestFlight.

Processed internal TestFlight builds fail to install: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist”
Hi, I’m seeing a strange TestFlight issue. My builds process successfully in App Store Connect, appear in TestFlight, and are assigned to internal testers, but installation fails immediately with: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” What I’ve verified: • builds are processed/completed • apps are visible in TestFlight • internal tester groups are configured • agreements/banking/tax are active This affects multiple apps in the same developer account. The issue started after adding a widget extension and moving to a new Swift-based workflow, so I’m trying to isolate whether this is: • signing/provisioning/entitlements • widget extension misconfiguration • or a backend issue on Apple’s side I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support and submitted Feedback Assistant reports. Has anyone seen this exact behavior before?

StoreKit sandbox consumable purchase returns restored on second purchase instead of completing a new purchase
I am testing a consumable in-app purchase in the StoreKit sandbox and I am seeing behavior that does not seem correct on repeat purchase attempts. Product details Product ID: album.credit.v2 Type: Consumable Test environment: iOS device + StoreKit sandbox Purchase flow triggered from my Flutter app using Apple IAP What happens First purchase attempt works My backend receives the confirmation The album is granted correctly On the second purchase attempt of the same consumable, I do not get a normal new purchase flow Instead, StoreKit returns the product as restored My app then cancels the attempt because a restored transaction arrived during checkout Expected behavior Because this product is a consumable, each purchase attempt should behave like a new purchase and allow the user to buy it again. Actual behavior On the second attempt, the transaction update comes back as restored instead of a new successful consumable purchase. Relevant logs First successful purchase: [ProPurchasePage] ✅ Pay tapped. starting=false iap=true albumProd=album.credit.v2 proProd=pro.monthly [IAP] update: id=album.credit.v2 status=PurchaseStatus.restored pendingComplete=false err=null [IAP] expected=album.credit.v2 starting=true appleFlow=true [ProPurchasePage] album credit success status=PurchaseStatus.restored receiptLen=5334 [AppleIapService] Sending Apple IAP confirmation for albumId=ariie_west_pretty_girl_summer, buyerUid=PYjgu9TMCieCVDLIdTuawY5k4Ay2 [AppleIapService] appleIapConfirm response status: 200 [AppleIapService] appleIapConfirm applied for albumId=ariie_west_pretty_girl_summer buyerUid=PYjgu9TMCieCVDLIdTuawY5k4Ay2 After that, the purchase is written correctly on my side: "libraryAlbums": [ { "AlbumId": "ariie_west_pretty_girl_summer", "paid": true, "Quantity": 1 } ] Second and later attempts: [ProPurchasePage] ✅ Pay tapped. starting=false iap=true albumProd=album.credit.v2 proProd=pro.monthly [ProPurchasePage] buyConsumable (album.credit.v2) returned: true [IAP] update: id=album.credit.v2 status=PurchaseStatus.restored pendingComplete=false err=null [IAP] expected=album.credit.v2 starting=true appleFlow=true [IAP] restored arrived during album checkout — cancelling attempt Question Is this expected StoreKit sandbox behavior for a consumable, or does this suggest: a StoreKit sandbox issue, a problem with how the product is configured in App Store Connect, or a transaction-handling issue in the app/plugin layer? Also, is there any Apple-recommended handling for repeated consumable purchases when sandbox keeps surfacing a restored status?

App stuck in “Waiting for Review” for over a month – multiple contacts with Apple but no progress
Hello everyone, I would like to ask if other developers are currently experiencing unusually long App Review delays for new apps. Here is my timeline for this app (Apple ID: 6758083858): Jan 22, 2026: Initial build submitted Jan 22 – Mar 7, 2026: Status remained “Waiting for Review” and never entered the “In Review” stage Mar 7, 2026: Cancelled and resubmitted a new build Current status: Still “Waiting for Review” During this period, I have already tried several ways to resolve the issue: Contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times Submitted an expedited review request Sent follow-up emails regarding the delay Contacted Apple support by phone and asked them to leave a message for the App Review team Each time I was told that the situation would be checked or that the review team would look into it. However, it has now been about two weeks since my last contact and there has been no update or progress. While browsing the Developer Forums, I also noticed that many recent posts seem to describe the same situation, especially with new app submissions stuck in “Waiting for Review”. So I would like to ask: Are other developers currently experiencing similar delays? Has anyone recently seen their new app move from “Waiting for Review” to “In Review”? Could this be related to a broader App Review queue slowdown? Any recent experiences or information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been experiencing many issues trying to integrate the Apple AlarmKit in my app. I essentially keeping getting authorization errors. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing issues like this and if anyone had guidance or a fix for what I am experiencing. I was under the impression that any devices IOS26+ could use the AlarmKit but maybe I am mistaken. Getting (com.apple.AlarmKit.Alarm error 1.) every time I try and enable alarms.

All notarization submissions stuck "In Progress" for 8+ days
All of my notarization submissions have been stuck at "In Progress" for over a week. I have 6 submissions spanning from March 4 to March 10, 2026, and none of them have completed or returned any errors. Affected submissions: 685708f6 — MeetingRecorder-1.5.0.dmg (submitted Mar 10) — In Progress 6ade1490 — MeetingRecorder-1.5.0.dmg (submitted Mar 10) — In Progress 99d39bd0 — MeetingRecorder-1.4.12.dmg (submitted Mar 6) — In Progress e65f95e1 — MeetingRecorder-1.4.9.dmg (submitted Mar 6) — In Progress eb51b220 — MeetingRecorder-1.4.9.dmg (submitted Mar 5) — In Progress 9cc33cfd — MeetingRecorder-1.4.9.dmg (submitted Mar 4) — In Progress Running notarytool log returns "Submission log is not yet available." Team ID: HXVLV4P425 The app is a macOS menu bar application for meeting recording and transcription. It is signed with a valid Developer ID certificate and has been built with hardened runtime enabled. I've tried resubmitting multiple times across different builds (1.4.9, 1.4.12, 1.5.0), but all submissions remain stuck. Could someone from the notarization team please investigate? Thank you.

Apple Developer Program – Payment Already Made but Still Prompted to Pay
Hello, I recently paid for the Apple Developer Program membership, but I am still being prompted to complete payment as if my subscription has not been processed. I have already been charged, and the payment appears to have gone through on my end. However, my account still shows an unpaid or inactive status, and I continue to receive payment prompts. Could you please investigate this issue and confirm that my membership is active? If there is a duplicate charge or a processing error, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it. Thank you for your help.

Update for existing app (6759172913) waiting for review – verifying submission
Hi everyone, We recently submitted an update for our existing iOS application and just wanted to verify that everything looks correct on our side in App Store Connect. The previous version of the app was approved and is currently live on the App Store. This new submission is a small update that improves some UI elements and adds minor usability improvements for our customers. At the moment the build is still waiting for review, and since we are coordinating this update with our client rollout schedule, we wanted to confirm that there are no issues with the submission metadata or the selected build. If anyone from the App Review team happens to see this and can confirm that the submission looks complete, we would really appreciate it. App ID: 6759172913 Thank you very much for your time and support. Kind regards, José Rodríguez

CarPlay: CPListImageRowItem images and CPNowPlayingTemplate buttons occasionally not displaying (requires device reboot)
Device: iPhone 17 Pro Max iOS version: iOS 26.3 CarPlay type: Wired We are encountering two intermittent UI issues in CarPlay when running our music application. The problems occur occasionally and cannot be recovered without restarting the device. Issue 1: CPListImageRowItem image not displaying On the CarPlay home page, some images occasionally fail to appear. Implementation details: The list is updated using CPListTemplate.updateSections. Each item is a CPListImageRowItem. On iOS versions below 26, images are updated using updateImages. On iOS 26, images are provided through CPListImageRowItem.elements, where each element is a CPListImageRowItemRowElement. Observed behavior: Logs confirm that the data is correctly provided. However, in failing cases the CPListImageRowItemRowElement appears with both title and subtitle equal to nil. The image is not rendered in the UI even though the item exists. Issue 2: Now Playing bottom buttons occasionally missing On the Now Playing screen, the bottom control buttons sometimes fail to appear. Implementation details: Buttons are updated using CPNowPlayingTemplate.updateNowPlayingButtons. The buttons are instances of CPNowPlayingImageButton. Observed behavior: Occasionally the buttons are not displayed. Once this occurs, the UI does not recover. Restarting the phone immediately resolves the issue. Additional observations The issue appears to occur intermittently. Once triggered, it persists until the device is rebooted. Similar behavior has been observed in other music apps (for example, QQ Music). Questions Are there known CarPlay UI rendering issues related to CPListImageRowItem or CPNowPlayingTemplate in recent iOS versions? Is there any recommended workaround or lifecycle handling that might prevent these UI elements from failing to render? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

TabView with .page style vibrates and reloads content during sheet detent drag
FeedBack Id: FB22031397 (Demo proj Attached to Feedback) Description: When a TabView using .page tabViewStyle is placed inside a sheet configured with multiple presentationDetents, dragging the sheet handle to resize between detents causes the TabView to re-render all its pages on every frame of the drag gesture. This results in visible content vibration, scroll position jumping, and tab content flashing during the drag. The issue is fully reproducible with the attached minimal demo project. Steps to Reproduce: Run the attached TabViewSheetVibrationDemo.swift on any iOS device or simulator Tap "Open Sheet" on the main screen Swipe left to any tab Scroll down inside the tab so content is not at the top Grab the sheet drag indicator at the top and slowly drag upward or downward to resize between medium and large detent Observe the tab content while dragging Expected Results: The TabView page content should remain completely stable during sheet resize. Scroll positions should be preserved and no re-rendering should occur because the underlying data has not changed. The sheet should resize smoothly while tab content stays still. Actual Results: The TabView re-renders all pages on every frame of the drag gesture. This causes: Visible content vibration and jitter while dragging the sheet handle Scroll position jumping back toward the top mid-drag Tab content flashing as pages are recreated The problem is proportional to drag speed — slower drags show a stuttering effect, faster drags cause a full content flash Configuration: All Xcode including beta iOS 26 (also reproduced on iOS 16, iOS 17 and iOS 18) Reproducible on both Simulator and real device Affects iPhone and iPad

Significant delay in Transaction ID availability via App Store Server API (Error 4040010)
Hi everyone, I’ve been encountering a recurring issue with the App Store Server API over the past 48 hours, specifically regarding the Get Transaction Info endpoint. Endpoint: GET /inApps/v1/transactions/{transactionId} Environment: Production Error Code: 4040010 (TransactionIdNotFound) The Issue When a user completes a purchase in our app, the client-side sends the transactionId to our backend for validation. However, when our server immediately calls the Get Transaction Info API using that ID, it frequently returns a 4040010 error, stating that the transaction ID cannot be found. Key Observations Eventual Consistency Delay: If we implement a retry logic and wait for 2 to 5 minutes, the exact same transactionId eventually becomes queryable and returns a valid signedTransactionInfo. Notifications vs. API: Interestingly, our server receives the App Store Server Notifications V2 (webhook) for these transactions almost instantly. The notifications contain the correct data, but the "Pull" API seems to lag behind the "Push" notification system. Recent Spikes: This behavior started occurring frequently within the last 2 days. Prior to this, the API was almost always near-instant. Questions Has anyone else noticed a spike in 4040010 errors or increased indexing latency in the Production environment recently? Is there a recommended "grace period" or backoff strategy when querying for a new transactionId? Apple's documentation doesn't explicitly mention an expected delay between a successful purchase and its availability via the Server API. Any insights or confirmation of similar issues would be greatly appreciated!

Building a 4-agent autonomous coding pipeline on Apple Silicon — MLX backend questions
Hi, I'm building ANF (Autonomous Native Forge) — a cloud-free, 4-agent autonomous software production pipeline running on local hardware with local LLM inference. No middleware, pure Node.js native. Currently running on NVIDIA Blackwell GB10 with vLLM + DeepSeek-R1-32B. Now porting to Apple Silicon. Three technical questions: How production-ready is mlx-lm's OpenAI-compatible API server for long context generation (32K tokens)? What's the recommended approach for KV Cache management with Unified Memory architecture — any specific flags or configurations for M4 Ultra? MLX vs GGUF (llama.cpp) for a multi-agent pipeline where 4 agents call the inference endpoint concurrently — which handles parallel requests better on Apple Silicon? GitHub: github.com/trgysvc/AutonomousNativeForge Any guidance appreciated.

Can video reflections in immersive space work with VideoMaterial, or is AVPlayerViewController with dockingRegion required?
Hi Apple Developer Forums, I'm developing a visionOS video streaming app that uses a custom immersive cinema experience with RealityKit. I have a question about enabling video reflections in an immersive environment. My Current Implementation I'm using VideoMaterial with AVPlayer to display video on a ModelEntity plane in an immersive space: // Create screen mesh let screenMesh = MeshResource.generatePlane( width: VideoTheater.screenWidth, height: VideoTheater.screenHeight, cornerRadius: 0.0 ) let screenEntity = ModelEntity(mesh: screenMesh) // Apply VideoMaterial with AVPlayer screenEntity.model?.materials = [VideoMaterial(avPlayer: player)] The video renders correctly in the immersive space, but I don't see any video reflections on surrounding surfaces. Apple's Documentation Approach According to the documentation at https://aninterestingwebsite.com/documentation/visionos/enabling-vid eo-reflections-in-an-immersive-environment, the recommended approach uses: AVPlayerViewController for video playback dockingRegion modifier to specify where the video should appear The system automatically handles reflections My Question Is using AVPlayerViewController with dockingRegion the only way to get video reflections in an immersive environment? Or is it possible to enable reflections when using VideoMaterial directly with RealityKit's ModelEntity? My app requires a custom immersive cinema experience with: Custom screen positioning and scaling Danmaku (bullet comments) overlay Custom gesture controls HDR/Dolby Vision support Switching to AVPlayerViewController would require significant architectural changes, so I'd prefer to keep my current VideoMaterial approach if reflections can be enabled somehow. If VideoMaterial cannot produce reflections, are there any alternative approaches to achieve diffuse video reflections with a custom RealityKit setup? Environment visionOS 2.x RealityKit AVPlayer with custom resource loader (for DASH streams) Thank you for any guidance!

App approved but not allowing USA distribution (Case 102833154976)
I originally submitted a ticket on February 27th. My app was approved fairly quickly. I had it set for private distribution. Under private distribution I placed in all the organization information to ensure my app would show up on Apple Business Manager. I filled out all the agreements and tax information as well. The app was still not showing. I then went into country distribution and saw that all countries were disabled. I tried clicking into the USA option to enable it. It says ”Cannot Sell App”. It does not allow me to do anything else. it then directs me to contact Apple developer support For assistance. After waiting one week I got this reply from developer support. “Hello, Thank you for contacting Developer Support. My name is Yana, and I’ll be happy to help you. I would first like to apologise for this delayed answer. It is certainly not the normal waiting time for an answer from Developer Support. We are currently facing a huge number of request from our customers and your patience is well appreciated. I learned from the email that the app cannot be sold in the United States and Canada at present. You can go to App Store Connect to confirm the distribution method of the app. https://aninterestingwebsite.com/help/app-store-connect/manage-your-apps-availability/set-distribution-methods/ If you have additional questions related to this request, reply to this email or visit your recent cases. Your case number is 102833154976. Best regards, Yana Developer Support” After waiting a week, they referred me to an article (which I had already viewed) that did not resolve my issue. I replied that this was not helpful and that I still needed assistance. That was 9 days ago. I have not received any reply. I am at a total loss on how to resolve this issue. I cannot even get a reply to my messages. Please help!

13 days in "Waiting for Review" – is this normal now?
Submitted my app update 13 days ago. Status hasn't changed from "Waiting for Review" even once. Not a single message from Apple. I know reviews can take time, but 13 days stuck in waiting queue feels extreme for a minor bug fix update. Usually takes 1-2 days for me. Anyone else seeing these wait times lately? Should I do something or just keep waiting? Getting worried something is wrong with my submission.

StoreKit sandbox consumable purchase returns restored on second purchase instead of completing a new purchase
I am testing a consumable in-app purchase in the StoreKit sandbox and I am seeing behavior that does not seem correct on repeat purchase attempts. Also, is there any Apple-recommended handling for repeated consumable purchases when sandbox keeps surfacing a restored status?
