Apple Developer Program contract already accepted
I had already accepted my Apple Developer Program License Agreement since the 20th of march 2026. But your banner stay in my business portal and say : "Le contrat de licence de l’Apple Developer Program a été mis à jour et doit être revu. Afin de pouvoir mettre à jour vos apps existantes et en soumettre de nouvelles, la personne titulaire du compte doit revoir et accepter le contrat mis à jour en se connectant à son compte." Please see if you don't have a bug and let me update my apps.

Active Membership but Xcode shows "Red X" at Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles
Hi everyone, I am struggling with a persistent issue regarding my Developer Program membership and Xcode syncing. Even though the Apple Developer Portal shows that my developer license is active and I have full access to App Store Connect, it is unfortunately not possible to sign applications with this account. It behaves as if the license wasn't active. The Symptoms: -Portal status: Active (Account Holder/Admin), -Xcode Settings: When I navigate to Settings > Accounts and select my team, there is a Red X displayed next to "Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles.", Xcode suggests there is an issue accessing these resources and I cannot sign any binaries. Confirmed the membership is active in the web portal. Everything seems configured correctly on the web side, but the account simply doesn't work locally in Xcode. Has anyone faced this specific "Red X" issue despite a valid membership? Is there a specific cache I need to clear or a way to force Xcode to re-fetch the correct status? Any advice on how to resolve this loop would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

Xcode Source Control pull/push hangs indefinitely, terminal Git works normally After Tahoe 26.3 (25D125) Update
Device Details: MBP M2 Pro AND MBP M3 Pro macOS 26.3 (25D125) Xcode Version 26.3, 26.2, 26.1 (I reinstalled all 3 of these after the macOS update) BUG: Xcode hangs indefinitely when performing Source Control operations (Pull or Push) on a Git repository that uses SSH authentication. The same repository works correctly when performing the equivalent Git operations from the Terminal using the Git CLI. The issue appears to be specific to Xcode’s internal Source Control integration. When the operation is triggered from Xcode, the UI shows a spinning progress indicator and never completes. Terminal Git commands (git fetch, git pull, git push) complete normally using the same SSH key and repository. A hang sample taken during the issue shows the Xcode main thread blocked in Source Control authentication and fingerprint handling code paths, including: IDESourceControlUIHandler IDESourceControlFingerprintManager handleAuthenticationFailure showFingerprintAlertOnWindow This suggests Xcode may be waiting on a Source Control authentication or host fingerprint UI flow that never resolves. SSH connectivity itself is functioning correctly: ssh -T git@bitbucket.org and ssh -T git@github.com both authenticate successfully. git ls-remote, git fetch, git pull, and git push all work correctly from Terminal. No Source Control accounts are configured in Xcode Preferences. Authentication relies entirely on SSH keys. Steps to Reproduce Configure an SSH key for Git access (e.g., Bitbucket or GitHub) and confirm it works via Terminal. Clone or open an existing Git repository that uses SSH (git@host:repo.git). Open the project/workspace in Xcode. In Xcode, attempt a Source Control operation such as: Source Control → Pull Source Control → Push Observe that Xcode displays a spinning progress indicator and does not complete the operation. iPhone 17 Pro on iOS 26.3 stays unavailable in xcrun devicectl list devices even with Xcode 26.4 beta 2
I am unable to use my iPhone 17 Pro as a run destination in Xcode. The device appears at a low level, but CoreDevice / devicectl keeps reporting it as unavailable. Environment • Mac mini (Apple Silicon) • macOS 26.3 (Build 25D125) • iPhone 17 Pro • iOS 26.3 • Xcode 26.3 (Build 17C529) • Xcode 26.4 beta 2 (Build 17E5170d) Symptoms • The iPhone appears in Finder • On the iPhone, I tapped “Trust This Computer” • Developer Mode is enabled • Apple ID is added in Xcode Accounts • Team is configured in Signing & Capabilities • iOS Platform Support is installed • The device still does not become available as a run destination • Devices and Simulators does not show it in a usable state • xcrun devicectl list devices still shows unavailable Output of xcrun devicectl list devices Failed to load provisioning paramter list due to error: Error Domain=com.apple.dt.CoreDeviceError Code=1002 "No provider was found." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=No provider was found.}. devicectl manage create may support a reduced set of arguments. However, at the CoreDevice / devicectl layer the device remains unavailable, and Xcode cannot use it for on-device build/run. Is this a known issue with macOS 26.3 / iOS 26.3 / Xcode 26.4 beta 2? Any workaround or additional debugging steps would be appreciated.

Why cannot build universal with Tahoe 26.3, Xcode 26.2 ? Can I submit a Mac applcation to App Store Connect with BigSur 11.7.10, Xcode 14.10 ? What are the minimal version of Mac Os and Xcode to submit a Mac applcation to App Store Connect ?

No identity found: Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code
Hello! I'm new to xcode and am developing an iOS app. I hit the following error when build my app: MY_SHA no identity found Command CodeSign failed with a nonzero exit code I have generated my certificate through xcode. I can see the Certificate and the private key in Keychain -> login. But it's not that private key is under the Certificate. They are listed in parallel. The certificate appears in Certificate tab but not in My Certificate Tab. Would that matter? security find-certificate -a -Z | grep -A1 "Apple Development" Gives me the certificate. But security find-identity -v -p codesigning give 0 valid identity found. Could you help me figure out what could be the reason for this? I've been stuck for several days now. Thank you so much!

Xcode 26.4 rc
Since 26.4 beta 3 I've been having errors after a few hours of using Claude Agent. I get an error stating that I am not authed. If I go into Xcode settings, it still shows I am signed into Claude Agent. I have click sign out and then go through the whole auth process again to start using the agent again. This is on two separate computers. Is there anything I can do to stop this behaviour and stay logged in for longer? It worked fine in 26.3.

I received the official invoice (Web Order Number: D009560930), and my credit card was successfully charged. However, as of today, my developer account is still pending and has not been activated. Developer Program Payment Issues
Hello Everyone and @Apple Developer Support , I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program today, April 5th, 2026. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” In my naivety, I clicked it again, assuming the payment hadn’t gone through. As a result, I’ve now paid for the membership twice and been billed twice. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! Gibril

DeviceActivityReport Extension not working on iOS 26.4 — Extension process never launches
Device: iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 26.4 Xcode: Latest version, development signing with "Automatically manage signing" Team: Registered Apple Developer Program (Organization) Problem DeviceActivityReport SwiftUI view renders completely blank. The Report Extension's makeConfiguration(representing:) is never called (confirmed via App Group counter that stays at 0). The DeviceActivityMonitorExtension callbacks (intervalDidStart, eventDidReachThreshold) also never fire. What works AuthorizationCenter.shared.requestAuthorization(for: .individual) → .approved DeviceActivityCenter().startMonitoring() → registers schedules successfully, center.activities returns them ManagedSettingsStore.shield.applications → blocks apps correctly from the main app process Screen Time is enabled and actively collecting data (Settings > Screen Time shows per-app usage: Clash Royale 2h 35m, etc.) App Group UserDefaults(suiteName:) read/write works from the main app What doesn't work DeviceActivityReportExtension.makeConfiguration() is never called (callCount stays 0 in App Group) DeviceActivityMonitorExtension.intervalDidStart() is never called No extension callbacks fire at all — the extension process is never launched by iOS Confirmed it's NOT our app's issue We created a brand new Xcode project from Apple's template: File > New > Project > App File > New > Target > Device Activity Report Extension Added Family Controls capability to both targets Embedded DeviceActivityReport view in ContentView with daily filter Built and ran on the same device Result: Same blank screen. The template project's Report Extension also never renders any data. Console errors Failed to locate container app bundle record. The process may not be entitled to access the LaunchServices database or the app may have moved. Failed to initialize client context with error Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-54 "process may not map database" What we've tried Deleting app, rebooting device, reinstalling Re-requesting FamilyControls authorization on every launch Embedding extensions with "Embed & Sign" (not just "Embed Without Signing") Verified all 3 .appex files are in PlugIns/ directory at runtime Verified App Group (group.com.parentguard.app) is accessible Verified all App IDs and capabilities registered in Apple Developer portal Tried different DeviceActivityFilter configurations (daily, hourly) Placed DeviceActivityReport view at root of view hierarchy Clean build, new provisioning profiles Extensions embedded [Diagnose] Found extension: DeviceActivityReportExtension.appex [Diagnose] Found extension: DeviceActivityMonitorExtension.appex [Diagnose] Found extension: ShieldConfigurationExtension.appex Question Has anyone gotten DeviceActivityReport or DeviceActivityMonitorExtension to work on iOS 26.4 with a development-signed build from Xcode? Is there a specific configuration or workaround that makes the extension process launch? The Sandbox restriction error (159) on usermanagerd.xpc seems to be the root cause — is there an entitlement or device setting we're missing?

The Apple developer registration process is taking too long.
Hello everyone, I paid for an Apple Developer subscription, but after about 5-6 days I still can't access my developer funds. Please help me access and activate my developer account. I haven't received a response for several days and I'm very upset. I don't know what to do. They're not responding to my requests and the phone number isn't listed anywhere, so I can't call. The Apple Developer subscription appears in the App Store subscriptions, money is being withdrawn from my account, the account isn't active, and my Apple Developer account is empty. This is my first and very frustrating experience. Order code: W1314135156

Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” In my naivety, I clicked it again, assuming the payment hadn’t gone through. As a result, I’ve now paid for the membership twice and been billed twice. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! Gibril

Developer Services Registration is Broken.
I have now registered twice and had no response from customer service. I see dozens of other people on the forum with the same issue. This needs to be resolved and someone from apple needs to speak up.

(501) personaAttributesForPersonaType for type:0 failed with error Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=4099 "The connection to service named com.apple.mobile.usermanagerd.xpc was invalidated: Connection init failed at lookup with error 159 - Sandbox restriction." LaunchServices: store (null) or url (null) was nil: Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-54 "process may not map database" Attempt to map database failed: permission was denied. This attempt will not be retried.
