Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. Hi Apple Developer Community, Since March 2nd, we’ve been trying to register a corporate account for our U.S. company. However, we stopped receiving any updates after March 18th. The last message we received was: "We have received your documents and we'll contact you when an update is available." We’ve followed up several times since then, explaining that we have an app launch and a marketing campaign scheduled for early April, but we still haven’t heard back. I am a new app developer and am entirely new to the process of developing and publishing an app. Right now I am in the midst of publishing my app and have bumped into an issue which app store connect isn't really helping to answer. I was wondering if I could get help here for these issues. Have a countdown feature that works based on device id. The device id and all others go through but the countdown feature doesn't show up. This is an issue that only seems to occur on the App Review's ipad air (5th gen) iPadOS 18.5. I have tested the app on my iphone 14,ipad mini and ipad pro with no issues. I'm not sure how I am supposed to solve an issue which I am unable to recreate. (I have told Apple Review to try reloading the page or resubmitting the dates required for the countdown. They claimed to have resubmitted the dates but have mentioned nothing about reloading the page.) Currently, I am trying to find a way to work the app on the ipad air but if i am unable to recreate the issue,I'm not sure how to solve it. please help!

I had submitted an app for mac for Notarization. After i had submitted the app it stated, "Team is not yet configured for Notarization". Hello, Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://aninterestingwebsite.com/account website. The account will expire in 8 days. When clicking the "Renew Membership" button to proceed to the order details page, I filled in the required personal information and electronic invoice details as instructed. However, after clicking the "Continue to Payment Method" button, the website became unresponsive. By checking the console logs, I noticed a 500 error occurred on the website. Since we specifically require an electronic invoice, the Developer app cannot meet our needs. The account is nearing expiration. Could you please assist us by temporarily extending the account's expiration date? Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We are facing an issue with creating a developer account for our organisation on the App Store. Apple mentions that there was already an account with this entity whose membership got terminated 4 years back and they can't create another one. We don't have any idea who created that account. It was created and terminated before we got our DUNS number. Despite us submitting proofs that me and my partner are the authorised person for this organisation and creating a case multiple times, we have made no progress on this. How can we escalate this and ensure someone from team actually looks at our case carefully?

In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. I enrolled years ago and abandoned my app project. I'm trying again now to port a web app I already created but I no longer live in the U.S. Like many countries in the global south, Costa Rica does not have physical addresses. My ID here does not have an address on it. We don't have postal services, not like in western countries. Our bank statements don't have addresses on them: because we don't have addresses. My utility bill is in my wife's name and so is my phone and internet. Yet I'm being asked to provide these details I cannot provide. I cannot pay for a developer subscription otherwise because my card is from a bank here, not the U.S. I also need my developer account to be FROM here so that any business org I create is also FROM here. What can I do? They're asking me for: A photocopy of your valid (not expired) government-issued identification showing the new address • A recent change-of-address document filed with your local postal service • A document from your local registration office showing the new address • A recent utility bill, bank statement, or a letter from a government agency that shows your name and new address
