MDM Nginx Proxy
I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt. Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx. I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1. (https://aninterestingwebsite.com/forums/thread/128482?answerId=404052022#404052022) What else can I do? 2025/05/21 14:39:44 [info] 105709#105709: *2887 peer closed connection in SSL handshake while SSL handshaking, client: 27.32.155.108, server: 0.0.0.0:9234 2025/05/21 14:41:42 [info] 106014#106014: *2891 peer closed connection in SSL handshake while SSL handshaking, client: 27.32.155.108, server: 0.0.0.0:9234 2025/05/21 14:42:32 [info] 106134#106134: *89 peer closed connection in SSL handshake while SSL handshaking, client: 27.32.155.108, server: 0.0.0.0:9234 2025/05/21 15:09:13 [info] 106132#106132: *124 client timed out (110: Connection timed out) while waiting for request, client: 172.40.1.61, server: 0.0.0.0:9234 BlockQuote below from ssllabs.com upstream backendmdmios { server 172.40.1.61:6744; } server { listen 9234 ssl; http2 on; server_name mdm.domainplaceholder.com; error_log /etc/nginx/logs/ios.com.error.log debug; # error; ssl_certificate /etc/letsencrypt/live/mdm.domainplaceholder.com/fullchain.pem; ssl_certificate_key /etc/letsencrypt/live/mdm.domainplaceholder.com/privkey.pem; ssl_protocols TLSv1.2 TLSv1.3; #ssl_ciphers ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384; ssl_ciphers ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-CBC-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-CBC-SHA:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384; #ssl_ciphers TLS_AES_128_GCM_SHA256:TLS_AES_256_GCM_SHA384:TLS_CHACHA20_POLY1305_SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305; #ssl_protocols TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2; #ssl_ciphers EECDH+AESGCM:EDH+AESGCM:AES256+EECDH:AES256+EDH:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-SHA:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-SHA:DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES128-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA:DHE-RSA-AES128-SHA:AES256-GCM-SHA384:AES128-GCM-SHA256:AES256-SHA256:AES128-SHA256:AES256-SHA:AES128-SHA:HIGH:!aNULL:!eNULL:!EXPORT:!DES:!MD5:!PSK:!RC4:!3DES:!CAMELLIA; ssl_prefer_server_ciphers on; ssl_dhparam /etc/nginx/dhparams.pem; location / { proxy_set_header Host $host; proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for; proxy_pass http://backendmdmios$request_uri; } }

Enrollment Failure – Unable to Complete Apple Developer Program Registration
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing while attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Below are the details of the problem: The enrollment process fails before reaching the payment page. The message displayed is: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” The error appears prior to any payment attempt. Two-factor authentication is enabled on the Apple ID. Email address and phone number are verified. The Apple ID being used for enrollment is different from our existing Enterprise account. We have attempted enrollment using: A U.S. address A Indian phone number A clean browser session (logged out of other Apple accounts) The existing Apple Enterprise account under our organization is active and functioning without issues. This new enrollment attempt is for a separate Developer Program account using a different email address. We have tried multiple browsers and networks, but the issue persists and prevents us from proceeding to payment. Could you please check whether: The Apple ID is restricted or flagged in your system? There are any verification issues preventing enrollment? Any additional steps are required from our side to complete registration? Kindly let us know how we can resolve this and proceed with successful enrollment. Thank you for your assistance.

Enrollment Stuck Since April 28 — No Updates Despite Full Document Submission (Estonian Company)
We applied for the Apple Developer Program on April 28, and our enrollment has been stuck in review since then — over three weeks now. We have already submitted all required documents, including: Turkish National ID and Passport Estonian e-Residency Card Company registration documents from the Estonian e-Business Register D-U-N-S number VAT and Registry information Detailed explanations as a sole founder and legal representative Enrollment Case number is 102586593909 We even had a follow-up phone call with Apple Developer Support (Case ID: 102589592062) and were told the submitted documents should be sufficient. I also followed all upload instructions and confirmed that the files were delivered successfully. Despite all this, we haven’t received any updates, timelines, or specific feedback on what’s missing — if anything at all. ✅ Meanwhile, we’ve completed similar business verification processes with Google, Meta, and Stripe within 48 hours. We’re trying to launch our app under an officially registered business (Mobisense OÜ), and this delay is affecting our go-to-market timeline and business operations. 🔹 Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay recently? 🔹 Is there a reliable way to escalate or request an actual review update? Apple, please review this case and help move the process forward. Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrollment Is Stuck on “Pending” despite multiple attempts to contact support.
Issue: I have completed Apple Developer Program three separate times and paid twice: Feb 17, 2026 Feb 20, 2026 Feb 27, 2026 Case IDs: 102826219361 102831748980 I received an Order Acknowledgement email each time stating processing within 2 business days. However: My account still shows “Complete your purchase” My membership has not been activated I have received no follow-up or activation email Multiple support emails received no response. This appears to be a backend enrollment fulfillment failure or a failure on apple supports part, not a payment failure. I need this escalated to the Developer Program Enrollment team for manual review and activation. This is blocking my app development, and frankly the lack of communication is unacceptable for a company like Apple.

Can't renew, can't update contact info
I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says: "Unauthorized Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement." What do I do?

Apple Developer Program Subscription Error not fixed
I purchased a $100 Apple Developer credit for my apple account , but the Apple Developer access hasn’t been granted to my account, and it still says “pending” and “complete purchases.” In other words, I can’t use what I purchased and can’t access it. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue regarding the Apple Developer license?

No responds on enrollment status.
Hi I'm new here and trying so enroll in apple developers program and so I was met with problems like unable to create apple account, failed payment on 7 cards, 3 support tickets with no responds, and now I have enrolled in apple developers program (sort of, they just took payment and no news after that. Now running 3 days since payment. Is this some sort of a hazing ceremony or a sick joke apple is doing to new developers? or is there a secret email I can contact to get some decent support?

Apple Music Catalog API returns HTTP 500 for all catalog endpoints with valid developer token
I’m calling the Apple Music API server-to-server using a developer token (ES256) created under my Developer account. Storefront probe succeeds: GET /v1/storefronts/us -> HTTP 200 All catalog endpoints return 500 (search, artists, charts) across multiple storefronts: GET /v1/catalog/us/search?term=rema&types=artists&limit=1 -> HTTP 500 GET /v1/catalog/us/artists/1359441424 -> HTTP 500 GET /v1/catalog/us/charts?types=songs&chart=most-played&genre=0&limit=5 -> HTTP 500 GET /v1/catalog/gb/... same results (500) I created the Media Services key ~48–72 hours ago. Media Services is enabled and associated with my Media ID. Developer token uses alg ES256, kid=<KEY_ID>, iss=<TEAM_ID>, exp ~6 months. Clock is NTP-synced. Sample request (curl) and recent response headers: curl -i -H "Authorization: Bearer " "https://api.music.apple.com/v1/catalog/us/search?term=rema&types=artists&limit=1" Response (truncated): HTTP/2 500 x-apple-jingle-correlation-key: NBZFUP7RVJBZOWVPIBVGUFMBLI x-apple-application-site: st x-daiquiri-instance: daiquiri:42282005:st53p00it-... Date: 2025-10-13T16:54:22Z This occurs consistently from different networks and with different storefronts. The same token returns 200 for /v1/storefronts/us. Please advise or route to engineering. Happy to provide full JWT header/payload (minus signature) and full response logs.

Developer Account Terminated — No Explanation, App Never Published
My developer account was terminated on February 26, 2026. Case ID: 102831495509 I'm a solo developer. My app (Reazy, a text-to-speech tool for students with dyslexia) was never published — I was still in the review process. I have no other Apple developer accounts and have never had one terminated before. The termination email cited "documented indications of fraudulent conduct" under Section 3.2(f) but gave no specifics. I have not manipulated reviews, used fake accounts, or engaged in any fraudulent activity. I genuinely don't know what triggered this. I've submitted appeals via aninterestingwebsite.com/contact with no response. Can someone please explain what was flagged so I can address it? I'm happy to provide any documentation needed.

Developer iOS 26.3
Hello, guys. I am going through a situation in which an open validation appears in the system/developer mode and I would like to understand better if this is something normal in this process. Could someone confirm if this type of validation is expected at this stage? I would also like to know what criteria I can observe to be sure that it is legitimate and that I can trust the activation. Thank you in advance for your attention and help. Thank you

I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program more than 48 hours ago around 4 days ago. The payment was successfully charged to my card, and I received a subscription confirmation email. However, my developer account is still not activated, and I’m unable to access the full developer features. Has anyone experienced a similar delay? Is there anything specific I should do, or does activation take longer than expected , i tried to contact support twice throw mail but i got no response ! Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Join WWDC in Apple Park
Thank you very much for choosing me to go to Apple Park to participate in WWDC. I am looking forward to participating in this event. May I ask you some questions? I am a young Apple Developer Program from China. And I am the winner of the Swift Student Challenge in 2024. I am over 13 years old. I used my own Developer account, not my parents', to apply for WWDC activities and all the events I carry out. Since I am under 18 years old, my parents may need to sign the Special Event Parental Permission Statement. Where can I find it? My parents will sign it. At the same time, I noticed that the bottom of the RSVP form requires me to guarantee that I am at least 18 years old, but I am not. And I used my own account to apply for WWDC, so I want to know how to meet this need? I need a non-immigrant visa to go to the United States. So, I need to prove to the visa officer that I have received an invitation from Apple. Could Apple send me a formal invitation letter to prove that I have received an invitation from Apple? At the same time, as a teenager, I need to go to the United States with my mother, so can you mention the information of my guardian (my mother) in the invitation letter? Ps: I am very independent. I am well aware that the number of people in WWDC is limited. My mother will not enter the venue unless otherwise required.

Apple Developer Program - Payment button freezes during enrollment - Enrollment ID: AJ78LF239A
Hi Apple Developer Support Team, I need urgent assistance with my Apple Developer Program enrollment. My details: Enrollment ID: AJ78LF239A Support Case: 102840241902 (opened 4 days ago, no response yet) Issue: I have completed all enrollment steps and entered my payment information correctly. When I click the "Continue" button to finalize the payment, the page freezes completely — no error message, no confirmation, nothing happens. Steps already taken: Confirmed with my bank that the card supports international purchases Removed and re-added the card in Apple ID settings Tried multiple times on different days and browsers Sent email to Apple Developer support (devprograms) Opened support case 102840241902 with no response This is blocking my app from being published on the App Store. I kindly request that someone manually process the payment or provide an alternative method to complete enrollment. Thank you.

Thanks!

Apple pay processing payment fail
Hey, I am trying to implement the apple pay process pay backend service, I have checked everything and somehow it fails. I only have 1 certificate for merchant and 1 for the apple pay process, I have the private keys and try to run this following code that fails - import crypto from 'crypto'; import fs from 'fs'; import forge from 'node-forge'; const MERCHANT_ID_FIELD_OID = '1.2.840.113635.100.6.32'; function decryptedToken() { const token = ""; const ephemeralPublicKey = ""; const encryptedData = ""; //=================================== // Import certs //=================================== const epk = Buffer.from(ephemeralPublicKey, 'base64'); const merchantCert = fs.readFileSync('merchant_full.pem', 'utf8') const paymentProcessorCert = fs.readFileSync("apple_pay_private.pem"); //=================================== let symmetricKey = ''; try { symmetricKey = restoreSymmetricKey(epk, merchantCert, paymentProcessorCert); } catch (err) { throw new Error(`Restore symmetric key failed: ${err.message}`); } try { //----------------------------------- // Use the symmetric key to decrypt the value of the data key //----------------------------------- const decrypted = JSON.parse(decryptCiphertextFunc(symmetricKey, encryptedData)); console.log("Decrypted Token:", decrypted); // const preppedToken = prepTabaPayToken(token, decrypted) //~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ // Send decrypted token back to frontend //~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ // res.send(preppedToken); Join WWDC in Apple Park

Thank you.
