When I try to enroll Apple Developer Program for a company, getting an error. "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." Please, help me. What am i doing wrong?

Hello, I am experiencing a critical issue with my Apple Developer Program account. I successfully enrolled months ago, and my subscription is active as per my account details. However, I am now unable to access my developer membership features, and when I sign into my account it redirects me to the enrollment page as if I had never enrolled. Key details of the issue: Active subscription: My Apple Developer Program membership is active and set to renew on 17 October 2025. The subscription page confirms this, and the payment was successfully processed. REVOKED CERTIFICATES: Certificates I created weeks ago have been revoked without any explanation or notification. No email notifications: I have not received any communication from Apple regarding issues with my account or certificates. Attempts to Resolve: Cleared cookies and cache. Tried logging in on multiple devices and browsers. Signed out of all devices and logged back in. Could someone please assist me in understanding why my account is behaving this way? Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I don't understand why such as a small task is such a problematic thing for Apple. Need help understanding what's going on.

When I login to my Dev account, I get a banner that says "The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement."However, when I go to Agreements, Tax, and Banking, I see both Free Apps and Paid Apps agreement, but when I click on View, there's nothing for me to accept. It's a pop-up window with a list of countries and a button at the end that says "Close". And that's it. No other action is possible. No other option either under the Action column.So then how can I review and accept it?

On february 9, I tried to enroll to the developer program, I got charged and received and order number, the next day when I tried to see the status of the enrollment, the order number provided on the email confirming the order was not working, I've tried to get support through email, nothing happens; I've called about 20 times to Apple Support, nothing happens, they said they doesn't have direct communication to the Apple Developer department, I have two weeks plus trying to have an answer on email, and nothing happens, but you know what happened? They completed the charge on my CC.

Anything that worked for someone in the same boat? I have a test group planned and would need to apply my app for testflight as soon as possible to leave some headroom.

Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. Hello When I tried to enroll for Apple developer program, I got message like Your enrollment could not be completed. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." And i am not able to proceed payment page anymore . Apple consultant also don’t know main problem that bother me. Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

Its been more than a week and my account is still in the same status as my developer account membership purchase is still pending This is frustrating for a developer to loose so many days spending so much of a premium just to get registered and even then facing this descrimination. For an Organisation of this scale, i think this will not look good. You take the time to scrutinise the developer but do not take his time, effort and their money. give a realistic timeline and not this far, which is not a good practice

Hello everyone, I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple. Note: I am located in France. I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website. No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else. Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side... Would you have any suggestions or solutions? I've tried to enroll in the developer program 8 days ago. I've submitted contact forms for email response. I've called customer support and they've told me there is no way to actually talk to Developer support outside of filing for a contact us form via the contact us option here in Apple Developer. Today I went to check the status and all of the recent issues I've had are gone. I paid for the membership to Apple Developer program. I have not been emailed or called or contacted in anyway and I still have the option to enroll in the Apple developer program but why would I continue over and over again and throw money away after it? I have my app built and ready for Weatherkit integration and testing but I can't access the resources due to not being enrolled in an active developer program. I literally do not know anywhere else to go for help. What am I supposed to do from here?
