Enrollment status stuck
I have paid for the enrollment membership program 7 days ago. Yet I always see the message saying "Complete your purchase to continue the enrollment". Do I have to wait more ? Should I try paying a second time ? Will the end of my membership be extended by that waiting period ? Despite two support requests, I am still left waiting without knowing if I have to do something or not. I feel like this is really unprofessional from a multi-billion dollars company...

Suddenly being asked for export compliance, even with ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption set to NO
Hello everyone, I've encountered an issue with export compliance on App Store Connect that I haven't seen before. In my Info.plist, I have always set the ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption key (formerly App Uses Non-Exempt Encryption) to NO. In the past, this was sufficient to bypass the export compliance questions when submitting a build. However, with my most recent submission, I am now being prompted to answer these questions. Nothing has changed in my app's encryption usage. Has there been a recent change in policy or a system-wide issue that would cause this change in behavior? Is anyone else experiencing this? Thank you for your help.

Passkey fails only on aninterestingwebsite.com
I've got a weird issue where Passkey fails, but only on aninterestingwebsite.com. Here's how it manifests: On portal, select "Sign In With Passkey" Get prompted with TouchId (on my MacBook) Portal says "can't verify your account" However: Sign in with Password works fine Sign in with Passkey on any other website works fine Not sure if it's related, but this appears to have happened around the time I had my logic board replaced. I did have weird issues with my iCloud account where I had to sign out of all devices, then sign back in. I assume this has to do with the hardware having the same serial number, but somehow appeared like a different computer in other ways. Things I've tried: In Passwords app, searching for "apple.com", I only see passwords, no passkeys. However, Safari password auto-fill always suggests the passkey entry first. aninterestingwebsite.com does not appear to have any way of managing sign-in credentials accounts.apple.com does not appear to be any way to manage passkeys. Sign in with Passkey on iPhone also results in "can't verify your account". Called AppleCare support, they were unable to help. Since Passkeys work for other websites, they believe this is a problem specifically with aninterestingwebsite.com. They suggested calling Developer support. Called Developer support, they were unable to help. They said AppleCare Support is best suited. Filled out Feedback (FB18185623) System: macOS 15.6 Safari 18.6 Has anyone else encountered anything weird like this? Is there any way to fix this? It would be nice if I could just delete the old passkey and create a new one. But I can't find any tool that will let me do that.

Apple Developer Program contract already accepted
I had already accepted my Apple Developer Program License Agreement since the 20th of march 2026. But your banner stay in my business portal and say : "Le contrat de licence de l’Apple Developer Program a été mis à jour et doit être revu. Afin de pouvoir mettre à jour vos apps existantes et en soumettre de nouvelles, la personne titulaire du compte doit revoir et accepter le contrat mis à jour en se connectant à son compte." Please see if you don't have a bug and let me update my apps.

URGENT HELP
Hi everyone, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop. After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says: “You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.” When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly. To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop. I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error: internal exception occurred ErrorCode: 991991 ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to break out of this loop or get in touch with Apple support. Thanks in advance!

Delay migrating membership from Individual to Organization
It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

Developer Enrollment
A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on aninterestingwebsite.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

Developer Team invitation form doesn't progress
I have received an invitation to a development team in the Apple Developer Program. Having filled the form out and completing the image challenge successfully, tapping on continue simply results in the button graying itself out. The JavaScript console shows the following error when this happens: { code: -4 data: "Destination unavailable. 500" message: "Application error." } I have tried this process in Safari, Chromium, as well as on mobile data on my iPhone, and the result is the same each time. NEED HELP !! my developer account was suddenly flagged for deletion/ Pending Termination
Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, it's been determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity, in violation of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. Given the severity of the identified issues, your account has been flagged for removal. Because your account has been flagged for removal, any earnings payments are paused and app transfers are disabled. Creating new accounts after receiving this message may result in the termination of the new or associated accounts. Evidence of Dishonest or Fraudulent Activity App submissions from your account have repeatedly violated the App Review Guidelines in an attempt to evade the review process. After multiple resubmissions, the guideline violation(s) detailed to you in prior correspondence remain unresolved. what to do now

My account holder access is blocked
The Account Holder is no longer able to log into apple (regardless of web-based or device based attempts). The membership will expire soon without access to the account holder. Both workflows "iforgot.apple.com" and "iforgot.apple.com/unlock" did not lead to an answer email within several days. I tried several times. So we are almost out of store without any option. Hotline did not show other options. Any ideas?

Open Apple Developer, and now the registration button is grayed out.
Around 2012, we developed an Apple app. Due to the team's lack of technical maturity at the time, my partner eventually gave up on further development. Later, around 2019, I logged into one of my Apple IDs, and it showed that the registration was in progress with the button grayed out. Today, in order to register as a developer, I specifically bought a new iPhone 17 from JD.com. The process went smoothly at first, but after filling in my name and address, completing the facial verification, it just logged me out. Now, when I open Developer, the registration button is grayed out again. It’s quite frustrating. I had hoped the new phone would solve the issue. Back in 2019, I encountered the same problem—I tried logging in on different devices, including my wife’s phone and an iPad, but none worked. Could it be that even a newly registered account would face the same issue today? As someone eager to publish an app, this is truly disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s a system problem or something else. I remember that in 2012, we didn’t do anything wrong, but the team wasn’t technically mature enough, and I urged my partner to keep working on it, though he eventually gave up. Now, as I try to register again, I’ve filled in everything today—my bank card (a debit card), completed facial verification, entered my ID card details, and provided my address. But I never reached the payment step. In the end, when I open Developer, the registration button is grayed out. I hope to find out why this is happening, but I haven’t gotten any answers—just like years ago when customer support simply suggested re-registering without a clear explanation. However, registering with someone else’s information could lead to issues later on. I hope to find a solution.

Lost All Developer Permissions After App Notarization, No Notice, No Support — Desperately Need Help
Hi Apple Developer Support Team and Community, We are the developer of a VPN app with over 100,000 users. Recently, after submitting a macOS app for notarization, we suddenly lost all developer privileges. All our Developer Certificates were revoked without any notification. However, our app is still live on the App Store and available for download and purchase. The problem is: since all certificates were revoked, we are now completely unable to push any updates. In the Developer Portal, it shows: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” But clearly, in App Store Connect, I am listed as the Account Holder. I have called Apple Developer Support multiple times. Every advisor I spoke with told me: “You are not the Account Holder.” Excuse me? If I am not the Account Holder, then who is?? I have also submitted nearly 1,000 support tickets via email — no reply at all. This is devastating to our business, and no one is giving me any clear explanation of: • What exactly happened? • What did we do wrong? • Why were all certificates revoked without any warning? • Why are we trapped in this limbo where the system thinks we have a membership but we have no permissions? Can someone — anyone — from Apple please seriously look into this case and tell me what is going on? We are stuck, losing users’ trust, and completely helpless right now. Please, this needs urgent escalation. Thank you.

No Update on Apple Developer Program (Company) Enrollment Since January 2, 2026
Hello everyone, I’m hoping to get some guidance or hear from others who may have experienced something similar. I registered for the Apple Developer Program as a company on January 2nd, 2026 Since completing the registration, I haven’t received any updates, feedback, or requests for additional information. The application still appears to be pending, and I’m unsure if this delay is within the normal timeframe or if there’s something I may have missed. I understand that company verification can take longer than individual enrollments, but I would appreciate any insight into: Typical review timelines for company enrollments Whether there’s a recommended way to follow up with Apple Developer Support Any steps I can take to help move the process forward Thanks in advance to anyone who can share their experience or advice. Best regards, Curlback

Question about personal account switching to organization
So I started an LLC and will be getting into app development on apple, but I am still waiting on my DUNS number. If I sign up for a personal account now, am I later able to switch over to an organization account easily using the same account? Or should I wait until I receive my DUNS number?
