Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://aninterestingwebsite.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Unable to renew developer program because there is no renew button
We're unable to renew our developer program with apple because there is no renew button shown to us, neither on the website, mac app nor ios app. We followed the instructions shown to us on the app connect page on how to renew it. but when where they're saying there should be a renew button, there is none or anywhere else. How are we suppose to renew? Raised this with a support ticket but haven't received any reply, case ID: 102733260138 How to get this resolved? We don't get any "phone call" option on the support page either.

App transferred but app Bundle Id not transferred
When we initiated the app transfer, we were eligible for app transfer and it was transferred as well. But App's bundle identifiers are not transferred yet which is blocking to push new updates. We contacted various time to apple, but we get similar responses. What may be the exact reason that is blocking to transfer the app bundle identifiers. However, app has already been transferred and active from recipient developer account.

cross device locale appname search
Hello Developers, On ios device i recently installed Teams, Instagram and facebook apps.When i change the device language/locale appname remains same i.e in english. All three apps i m able to search with it japanese translation like Teams ->チーム, Instagram->インスタグラム, Facebook ->フェイスブック when device locale in english or japanese.How can i achieve this?.Any suggestion up will be helpful.

issue with implementing sign in with apple
Hi Apple team, I'm integrating Sign in with Apple on my website https://roomieqindia.com using a custom Node.js backend, and I'm consistently receiving this error: invalid_client My configuration: ✅ Service ID: com.roomieq.auth ✅ Team ID: 75XVX5RXMQ ✅ Key ID: (from Apple-generated .p8 key) ✅ Private Key: (.p8 key pasted correctly in backend) ✅ App ID Selected: com.roomieq.roomieq ✅ Domain Added: roomieqindia.com ✅ Return URL: https://roomieqindia.com ✅ Clicked Done → Continue → Save after configuration Behavior: When I open this URL directly in browser: https://appleid.apple.com/auth/authorize?client_id=com.roomieq.auth&redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Froomieqindia.com&response_type=code%20id_token&scope=name%20email&response_mode=web_message&frame_id=ef13a755-75bb-4eef-8dd6-73bd75d6ede5&m=11&v=1.5.5 I get invalid_client. My backend uses apple-signin-auth Node.js package to: Generate the client secret (JWT) Exchange auth code for tokens Verify ID token Everything fails at step 1 because Apple doesn’t seem to recognize my Service ID as valid. What I Need: Can you please verify if: My Service ID ( com.roomieq.auth ) is fully active and recognized My App ID and Service ID are properly linked on Apple’s end There are any hidden issues with domain or return URL setup Let me know if I need to reset the Service ID or regenerate anything. Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

Relinquishing Android
I have to admit, I resisted Apple until about one year ago! I was die hard android. The main reason for the switch was the T-Mobile mobile SMS relay the deposit of the message and the timing of some SMS messages were very suspect. The relay number would keep automatically coming back. I searched been verified and never have I seen more than 10 comments about a person or a number, this was over 100!! now let me get to my point. I was hoping someone could give me a redemption code for the Copilot so I can look into my OneDrive and see how it increases security with Apple OS. I was told on some occasions that the “wheel“ user was necessary for Apple to function however it is a unix system that needs the wheel function. I don’t think Apple iOS needs the “wheel” user so I was wanting to download that Copilot for better results. thank you for any help I receive.

Apple 403 detected - Access forbidden
Good afternoon, I have a project called 'Minha Ufal'. When I try to generate the build, I'm asked to log in to Apple Developer. After that, I get the following error: Log in to your Apple Developer account to continue √ Apple ID: ... wilamis@****** › Restoring session C:\Users\will.app-store\auth\will\cookie √ Logged in Local session ✖ Failed to register bundle identifier br.edu.ufal Apple 403 detected - Access forbidden. This request is forbidden for security reasons - You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Error: build command failed. I currently have App Manager, Customer Support, and Sales permissions. Could you help me or give me some insight on how to solve this problem? I thank you in advance and await your response.

Report a Dynamic Island bug
Please note that after enabling the "Larger Text" option under Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Display Zoom, when the Dynamic Island is present, a bug occurs where the Dynamic Island blocks the signal strength icon when you repeatedly return to the home screen and open apps. I hope you can fix this bug and release an iOS 18 build. In line with what I mentioned in my previous post, please allow regular users to successfully roll back to iOS 18. The signing window for iOS 18 was closed too quickly this time—I haven’t even finished experiencing it before getting stuck on iOS 26. Moreover, iOS 26 currently has numerous bugs, and you have no reason to force users to use an unfinished system. Note that this bug still persists on iOS 26. I hope my feedback can be accurately translated by AI without ambiguity. If you have any doubts, please feel free to ask me. I really can't get used to iOS 26, so please be sure to release a system version that allows downgrading from iOS 26 to iOS 18. My device model is iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Follow-up on Company Enrollment – Case ID: 102578249178
Hi, While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps. As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. Form bug in signing up for Apple Developer Program enrollment
Hi, We’ve encountered a bug in the payment form and are currently unable to complete the payment for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. When we go to https://aninterestingwebsite.com/enroll/purchase, I check the checkbox and proceed by clicking Purchase. This takes us to the next page: https://secure6.store.apple.com/nl/shop/checkout?_s=Billing-init On that page, we’re asked how we want to pay (the page is in Dutch), but the form gives the following issues: Street name: Error message says I need to enter bank details (even though this is the address field). Postal code: Error message keeps asking for the postal code, even though it’s filled in. City: Same issue – the field is filled in, but the form shows an error. Email and Mobile: Error message saying I need to enter bank details (unclear why). Mobile number: It says I need to enter a mobile number, even though it’s already filled. Because of this, I can’t proceed to check payment and finalize the €99 payment.

Is my payment being processed?
Hi, I paid by credit card to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. I received the invoice by email, and it's been more than two business days and the dashboard still appears as shown in the screenshot below. It says the following (in Portuguese): "Purchase the subscription. To continue your subscription, complete your purchase now."

MFi program - unable to finish a payment
Our company is working on Smartphone integration - CarPlay, because of that we need to access MFi for some certification. I went through the enrollment, but the payment gets stuck after confirmation and after some minutes it tells me it takes very long time to proceed. How can I enroll for MFi?
