Can I access Enterprise APIs for visionOS (main camera) with an individual developer account?
Hello, my name is Kanazawa Kenta, and I am a university student currently conducting research and development using visionOS. In my project, I would like to access the main camera using the Enterprise APIs for visionOS. However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how I can gain access, or alternative ways to use the main camera for research in visionOS. Thank you for your help. Nonprofit Enrollment 28 Days in "Processing" After Continuing - UH4UT85YS3
I'm looking for advice or anyone who's experienced similar delays with nonprofit developer account enrollments. Timeline: In mid-September, we had some initial email validation issues during our nonprofit organization enrollment. Senior Advisor Kevin (case 102691832489) resolved those issues and cleared us to continue enrollment on September 16-17. We continued immediately on September 17th, and our status changed to "Your enrollment is being processed" with enrollment ID UH4UT85YS3. It's now been 28 days with no status changes, no requests for additional information, and no timeline. Follow-up attempts: I've called support three times (Sept 19, 26, and Oct 7). Each time I was told the application is "with a separate department they can't contact." They created additional cases but couldn't provide any updates or access to the reviewing team. Questions for the community: Is 28 days normal for nonprofit enrollment processing after continuing? Has anyone found a way to get status updates when regular support can't access the reviewing team? Is there a specific escalation path for nonprofit accounts that differs from standard enrollments? We're a 501(c)(3) church launching an app for a capital campaign, so the delay is starting to impact our timeline. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated. DUNS Number Mismatch
I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://aninterestingwebsite.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. Payment processed 18 days ago, but Developer Program still not activated
Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or assistance regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed my purchase and paid the $99 fee back on March 5th. Today is March 23rd, and my account is still not activated. It has been 18 days of total silence. I have already sent multiple follow-up emails to Apple Support, but I haven't received a single response. My payment was successfully processed, but I haven't received any confirmation or activation emails since then. Here are my transaction details: Invoice Number: MC55225030 Web Order Number: D009495884 Sales Order Number: AEU2369279 Has anyone else experienced such a long delay recently? Is there any other way to escalate this issue besides the standard contact form? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Pending for Over 3 Weeks (Identity Verification)
Hi everyone, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program on February 1, 2026. I completed payment, signed the agreement, and uploaded my government-issued ID after support requested identity verification. I received confirmation that my documents were received, but my membership is still pending. It has now been over three weeks with no activation or clear update. I have contacted support multiple times and even called, but I am still waiting. Has anyone experienced a similar delay recently? Is this normal for identity verification in certain regions? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

After the payment, I received this email:"Thank you for joining the Apple Developer Program. You can now take advantage of membership benefits to create and distribute innovative apps. Learn how to get started. To manage your account, sign in to Member Center."If I sign in to Member Center, I am sent to https://aninterestingwebsite.com/register/error/"You've already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to Member Center or sign out"."Continue to Member Center" gives the same pages, I can only sign out.What's the matter?

Default Mail App Ad hoc Provisioning Profile Support
Our developer account was granted the com.apple.developer.mail-client by Apple ages ago, which we use for one of our apps. At the time, this entitlement was granted through a special "entitlements" drop-down on the profile creation page. In fact, the entitlement is still available to us in this manner: Unfortunately, applying the entitlement directly to the profile no longer works through the App Store Connect API. Which is a bummer because we periodically use the API to update our development and ad hoc profiles with new UDIDs. I was eventually able to get Apple to migrate the entitlement to a capability that we can instead apply to the app IDs in our account. Great! However, for some reason the "Default Mail App" capability (on the "Edit your App ID Configuration" screen) shows does NOT apply to Ad hoc profiles: Note that "Ad hoc" is missing. This means we still need to update the Ad hoc profile for the app in question manually through the Apple developer portal. This has to be a bug. It makes no sense that this specific capability doesn't apply to Ad hoc profiles. Other capabilities don't have this issue. e.g.: Another strange thing is that on the profile page for the ad hoc profile under "Enabled Capabilities" it shows "Default Mail App" (see screenshot above) but the capability/entitlement is missing from the downloaded profile unless I add it via the drop down menu on the profile page. How do I get Apple to fix this? Multiple support tickets submitted via our developer account have gone unanswered. (It took months just to get the entitlement partially migrated in the first place.)

In App Purchase
I’m facing an issue with In-App Purchases. I’ve completed the setup successfully. I logged in with User A's Apple account on an iPhone and completed a purchase. After that, I logged in with User B's account on the same iPhone. When I try to make the same purchase, I get the following error: “Purchase is a duplicate and will not be reported.” Because the purchase was already made using User A’s Apple ID, I’m unable to make the same purchase again using User B’s account on the same device. Could you please guide me on how to handle this situation?

Long Delay in Apple Developer Program Enrollment Review
My Apple Developer Program Enrollment has been under review for over 6 weeks, and it is inside of the United States. Initially, I was informed that the Apple team would review the application and get back to us in 2 business days. However, I have not received any updates or resolutions since that initial communication. I have reached out to Apple Developer Support many times, and they told me that they cannot provide any updates and advised me to "simply wait." This delay is causing significant disruptions to our development timeline and impacting our business operations. Any idea of what I can do? I would greatly appreciate any insights from the community on how to address this situation effectively. Thank you so much!

@Apple Developer Support Hello, It has now been more than 72 hours since my Apple Developer Program purchase. The payment was completed and the invoice was issued. Order Number: W1302770460 I have not received any response to my previous support requests, and my membership is still not active. Please escalate this case and complete the manual activation of my membership as soon as possible. Thank you.

Enrollment Completed on iPhone but Web Shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Status Pending
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment directly through the Developer app on my iPhone. The identity verification and payment were successfully processed. However, when I log in via the web, I still see the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status appears as Pending. The system seems to be asking me to proceed with enrollment again, even though the process was already completed on my iPhone. Can't create identifier under Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles
Plus button is not showing to create a new identifier. Tried Windows+Firefox, Windows+Chrome, Mac+Chrome and Mac+Safari. With none of those combinations I've been able to see the button.

Unable to find a team with the given Team ID to which you belong.
Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?
