I want to update my iPhone 15 Pro to iOS 26 from iOS 18.5. I downloaded ipsw firmware. But iTunes and Apple Devices App requires update version of app for update to iOS 26. But I use last version of iTunes / Apple Devices, which was realised 2 May, 2025. That mean Apple need to update their apps for adaptation it to iOS 26 update?

Hi, I've been trying to debug an issue with my extension. I am able to register the extension on install of my app, can select it under Phone> SMS/Call Reporting. When I touch Report it brings up my view controller, with the sender and message details. I set let response = ILClassificationResponse(action: .reportJunk) I've added debug logs throughout my extension and everything looks good. been testing out ios 26 since it came out and now all of a sudden everytime it boots only into recovery and wont do anything else. recovery says no known issues found.

iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 18.5 before installing iOS 26 beta had no issues connecting to wired (there’s no wireless) CarPlay in my 2022 Honda Civic Sport. Now with IOS 26, my car recognizes that my phone is connected and asks if I want to use CarPlay and I click yes but it does nothing. I reset my head unit, reset all iPhone settings, checked different iPhone settings, tried different cables, can’t seem to determine what part of iOS 26 is causing the problem. Anyone have any ideas before I roll back to 18.5?

updated my iPhone 15 to iOS 26 last night and now when I put the alert slider on silent, my notifications won’t vibrate. After opening the account, we published our application and suddenly our developer account was closed. Since our developer account was our main account, we could not fully control our application. We would like to know why the closed account was closed, how we can change our main account using our company information or how to open our closed account. We really wasted a lot of time with developer support and turkey support team and got no help! How can we solve this problem?

Newbie in Xcode and in coding in general. Getting this massive error code and can’t seem to fix it. Please help

Some users of my app complain that it stops responding to touch after a while. The screen is still updating, and the app seems to be working normally otherwise. It just doesn't respond to any touches anymore. It is not a problem with the touchscreen itself, because the user is able to swipe up to get to the home screen, and then interact with other apps as normal. When re-opening my app, it is still unresponsive to touch. The only way to solve it, is to restart the app. Does anybody have a similar experience, and knows what could cause it? The app is based on UIKit, and still written in Objective-C, if it matters. The iOS version involved does not seem to matter, it happened with a couple of them.

Hi everyone, Since updating my iPhone 13 Pro to iOS 26, the device stopped charging and is not recognized by my Mac when connected via USB-C to Lightning cable. I’ve run extensive diagnostics: • Tried multiple USB-C cables and ports on the Mac — all work with other iPhones and devices. • The iPhone charges fine using a wall charger. • It also works perfectly with USB-A to Lightning cables — charges and appears in Finder. • I performed a full DFU restore and downgrade to iOS 18, without restoring from backup — the issue persists. • Interestingly, the iPhone is detected by the Mac in DFU mode via USB-C, which suggests the USB-C port is physically fine. This leads me to believe the issue is with the USB-C stack in normal iOS runtime, possibly triggered or corrupted by the iOS 26 update. It’s not hardware-related, as data and power lines work in DFU, and USB-A connections work normally. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to fully reset or reflash the USB-C firmware at a lower level than DFU? Or does this require AST2-level diagnostics from Apple? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I created a particular ray tracing based photo/video capture app for iPhone (which causes me several headaches in finding the optimal configuration) that which often offers very soft and visually beautiful shots but is trapped in the usual oblivion of apps from unknown developers. While it is true that on the one hand the fact that almost no one downloads your app even if it is free can save you from several gaffes in the early days, in the long run it becomes depressing. So I thought of creating something that could be an incentive to try the app. Not having money to invest in prizes for contests or much more pragmatically in advertising, I thought of adding a function where you can see the best photos taken in your area and vote for them and, if you want, add a photo taken in the competition. Do you think it could be a nice idea? It's true that the problem itself is to overcome the wall of 0 downloads, where your app is neither successful nor unsuccessful because in fact nobody tries it, but without money for advertising I don't have many other ideas... I’ve resorted to contacting Internet crime websit, the federal trade commissio, Better business bureau and Consumer Affairs to file an online complaint against Apple for not complying with their Security and Privacy policy for consumers accounts!
