A regular meeting of the Python Software Foundation ("PSF") Board of Directors was held over Group Conference Call via phone and Internet Relay Chat/Slack beginning at 13:00 UTC, on July 24, 2024. Marisa Camacho took notes/minutes.

The following outgoing member of the Board of Directors (1 of 1) was also in attendance: Débora Azevedo.

- July/August is the time of year where we review sponsorship levels and benefits, examine how the different pieces of the PyCon US budget are working together, and look at our activities and funding sources to see where there is room for improvement and/or better alignment
