July 24, 2024

A regular meeting of the Python Software Foundation ("PSF") Board of Directors was held over Group Conference Call via phone and Internet Relay Chat/Slack beginning at 13:00 UTC, on July 24, 2024. Marisa Camacho took notes/minutes.

All votes are reported in the form "Y-N-A" (in favor-Y‚opposed-N‚abstentions-A; e.g. "5-1-2" means "5 in favor, 1 opposed, and 2 abstentions").

1   Attendance

The following members of the Board of Directors (12 of 12) were present at the meeting: Deb Nicholson, Cristián Maureira-Fredes, Dawn Wages, Tania Allard, Denny Perez,Cheuk Ting Ho, Christopher Neugebauer, Georgi Ker, Kwon-Han Bae, Kushal Das, Jannis Leidel, Simon Willison. The following outgoing member of the Board of Directors (1 of 1) was also in attendance: Débora Azevedo.

    • Attended PyData London in June and EuroPython in July
