- The board discussed the finance committee policy recommendation and will continue discussing this via email since directors need more time to review what is being proposed.
- Discussion item & decision for the Executive Committee to now include General Counsel and Treasurer
- It was decided that the board would have an adhoc board meeting August 27th.
- The General Counsel gave a quick update via Slack on Trademarks because we ran out of time to do it verbally.
- The board did not get to the Community Leadership proposal but will discuss it at the August meeting.
