A regular meeting of the Python Software Foundation ("PSF") Board of Directors was held over Group Conference Call via phone and Internet Relay Chat beginning at 19:00 UTC, on June 23, 2015. Lynn Root presided over the meeting. Ewa Jodlowska took notes/minutes.

1 Attendance
The following members of the Board of Directors (6 of 11) were present at the meeting: Lynn Root, Marc-Andre Lemburg, Diana Clarke, Naomi Ceder, Ashwini Oruganti, and Anna Ossowski. Ewa Jodlowska (Secretary/Administrator) was also in attendance. Van Lindberg and Nick Coghlan voted by proxy.
2 Minutes of Past Meetings
The 8 June 2015 Board meeting minutes were voted on and approved.

The board has put into action a new policy that will require all PSF active working groups send in monthly reports at the end of each month. First set will be due at the end of June 2015.
6 Python Cuba Workgroup

21 Other Business
- Naomi Ceder gave an update on the progress of the Grant Working Group creation. The next move is to solicit for volunteers to join. Also discussed was how we will determine the funneling of grants to the appropriate working groups, such as how do we determine if a grant is to go to the Grant Working Group or to the O&E Working Group.
- Diana Clarke will start a new thread on psf-board@ regarding the psf-members@ mailing list and discussion on how we should proceed. Diana also proposed a new policy for Working Group Reporting. Each active WG has to report monthly at the end of the month.
- Lynn Root will email update on DSF+PSF WG to the board mailing list.
