PSF Meeting Minutes for April 1, 2015
A regular meeting of the Python Software Foundation ("PSF") Board of Directors was held over Group Conference Call via phone and Internet Relay Chat beginning at 20:00 UTC, on April 1, 2015. Van Lindberg presided over the meeting. Ewa Jodlowska took notes/minutes.

1 Attendance
The following members of the Board of Directors (08 of 11) were present at the meeting: Van Lindberg, Marc-Andre Lemburg, Brian Curtin, Jessica McKellar, David Mertz, Lynn Root, Selena Deckelmann, and Nick Coghlan (joined after the NumFOCUS working group was voted on). Ewa Jodlowska (Secretary/Administrator) & Kurt Kaiser (Treasurer) were also in attendance.
2 Minutes of Past Meetings
The 18 February 2015 Board meeting minutes were voted on and approved.

4.3 SciPy Latin America Sponsorship
RESOLVED, that the Python Software Foundation sponsor SciPy Latin America 2015 in the amount of $3,000

RESOLVED, that the PSF pursue the creation and funding of a joint working group with the NumFOCUS Foundation to coordinate sponsorship of open source conferences, workshops and other events focused on the use of Python in the areas of scientific research and data analysis

- “RESOLVED, that the Python Software Foundation recommend Winworkweb Technology (Malta) Ltd as a sponsor member” was deferred. Marc-Andre has reached out to this organization for further inquiry.
- It was discussed and agreed that David will be contact between NumFOCUS & PSF workgroup.
- It was discussed and agreed that David will reach out to Armin about additional funding if needed for the cffi development grant
- We have deferred on further PyPI terms discussion since no new work has been done on the suggested terms.
- It was discussed and agreed that when the time comes, MaryAnn & Brian will help with content updating and consistency & discrepancies on pydotorg
- It was discussed and agreed that the PSF infra team would take on some admin work that RevSys is currently doing. An email thread has to be started about this.
