We are a well-funded demolition and construction company with a mission to flip our industry on its head by pioneering the use of cloud-native automation, AI, and dynamic agent orchestration.
You’ll design, build, and maintain our Python-based automation backbone—managing agent generation, dynamic environments, robust logging, and output routing (AWS S3, OneDrive). This is a hands-on, high-impact role directly reporting to executive leadership, with autonomy to shape architecture and make key technical decisions from day one.
- What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $160,000–$210,000/year DOE (full-time, US-based or global remote)
- Contract available: $100–$150/hr for senior consultants
- Stock/equity available for the right candidate

Requirements
- 5+ years Python automation, environment management (pip, requirements.txt, venv)
- Cloud experience (AWS S3/EC2, Azure, or GCP)
- Automation with YAML, Jinja2, config-driven systems
- Agent orchestration experience (Langchain, Airflow, LYZR, etc.)
- Linux, shell scripting, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Bonus: LLM/AI integration, OneDrive sync, or business automation at scale
- Fluent English, written and spoken
