The new WebView implementation in *OS 26 versions is a very valuable addition to the SwiftUI toolset. I was experimenting with it and was wondering how to implement a Pull To Refresh. While this was easily achievable with the "old" WKWebView I was not able to find an API to implement, for example, a page reload when the user uses a pull to refresh gesture. I tried to attach to a .refreshable(_:) modifier to the WebView but without success. Is there an official API for that or should maybe .refreshable(_:) already work and it's just a bug or is it simply not yet supported? There is no problem with the content display of each tab, but the tab bar is completely buggy. If you open 5 or more tabs and browse tabs after the 5, the first 4 tab bars will be completely blacked out, and you don't even know how many tabs you have. If you click on the place where the tab title probably exists, the tab is displayed as if the partial display of the tab bar has been restored. There is no problem with content display. But because it is unclear what tab is open, the browsing experience is at its lowest. If you switch to the tab after the 5th, the first 4 will return to the blackout state again. I am trying to build and run a Safari Web Extension from Xcode and I have enabled "Allow unsigned extensions" in Safari settings. However, I see the below pop up: And, if click on the "Quit and Open Safari Extensions Preferences..." button, the project stops running on Xcode and nothing happens. What can be the issue? The extension works and runs fine if I get it from the Mac App Store and this only happens when running from Xcode. I have a WKWebView that contains a js text editor, built on top of a content editable div. Currently, inline predictions on Mac break the text editors functionality significantly every time there's a prediction. There's not a way for me to fix this on the js side unless I can know when a prediction is shown. Bit of an odd one here, just keen to understand if it’s just me or a more generic issue. For all other apps, I can drag the icon from the dock to place into stage manager left, centre or right. However when I try to do the same with Safari (and only Safari), it just doesn’t work at all. I can repeat this 100%, has been an issue with 26.0, 26.1 and now 26.2. We have a Smart App Banner (including App Clip) on our website and have noticed today that the banner's background color has changed. It no longer has the default white background and blue button color, instead it has a background color that matches our page's background, and even the color of the button has changed. What's interesting is that we have not triggered this change at all. The colors seemingly changed by themselves. Looking at the Apple Documentation, no customization options are mentioned. Searching the web, the theme-color meta tag is mentioned in relation to this, however we haven't even included that tag on our page. What is triggering this color change then and how can we influence it?

We are experiencing an issue in iPadOS 18.4 when loading an internal HTTPS server via WKWebView in a hybrid iOS app. Our server uses a self-signed certificate but lacks the digitalSignature usage in its Key Usage extension. (Currently we have no chance to change the server's certificate) We override webView:didReceiveAuthenticationChallenge:completionHandler: to trust the certificate: completionHandler(NSURLSessionAuthChallengeUseCredential, credential); This "completionHandler" works in previous 18.3.2 , but not work in 18.4. May I know is there any changes in 18.4 for the https certification? Why this delegate not work? What we can do to ignore this ssl error and get connection? While implementing Apple Maps into our web application, I have a scenario where I want to be able to drag and move some of my custom annotations around. While that is working, when "picking up" the annotation before dragging it, there is an animation which I believe is to represent the human interaction of picking up a pin from a map, I would like to cancel that animation and thought that would be possible by calling preventDefault() in the emitted long-press event, which the documentation states that annotations should emit if they are draggable. The thing is that I don't get this event to emit when long pressing an annotation. So I believe that I have found a bug. A long press may be the beginning of a panning or pinching gesture on the map. You can prevent the gesture from starting by calling the preventDefault() method of the event. Annotations need to be draggable to dispatch long-press events. In anybody else experiencing this or do you see any clear fix for this? Maybe there is another way to cancel that "picking up the annotation for dragging" animation. I have seemed to try anything else.
